Excellent overall! Wife and I had 11:00 and 11:30 appointments. Arrived at 10:45 and checked in. At 11:00 both were called in together. After 10 to 15 minutes blood had been drawn for both and we were headed out the door. The phlebotomist was excellent, charming, and very efficient.

Update April 2026 - second visit to this location
My wife and I walked in at 8:15. Didn’t have appointments. I presented our orders and was told I needed to be there much earlier for one of my tests and that I’d have to come back. I asked if my wife could have her test. Then the receptionist asked me to wait a minute and she’d see if they could work me in. They did work me in quickly and did my wife’s test too. All was done very friendly, very professional. Another 5 star visit!”

“The check-in process was completely individual using screens. This was completely fine for me but would likely be very difficult for the elderly. I arrived 10 minutes early to my 11:45 AM appointment that I made online and was seen at around 12:00 PM. I was out in five minutes. I’ve been to one other LabCorp location in Salem and this location was significantly better. I would recommend making an appointment online before hand.”
