We spent over $1200 in 3 days at this landfill. The facilities are good and there is no wait, but the lady that you have to deal with at the weigh station is a nightmare. Her name is Joyce P. and she is beyond Rude. Cussed at my staff and was very unprofessional. As a private company for this localities waste management they should really think about hiring someone that has manners and can treat customers with respect.We will be submitting a complaint to the city of Petersburg about her behavior and actions. I hope this company decides to handle this appropriately and prevent some serious future liabilities.

Tri City Regional Landfill and Recycle Center provides top notch customer service, recycling, and disposal. The staff is friendly, the location of the landfill is in a convenient location, close to 95, 295, 85, and 460.

This landfill is one of our favorites! Conveniently off 95, its an easy commute to and from several job sites for us. Not to mention the landfill staff and executives are great and impeccable to work with. Our drivers never have any issues dumping any type of material, and the landfill crews and operators are always (100% of the time) accommodating to our drivers needs! I would definitely recommend this landfill.

Came to Ft. Lee from Ga. This is the likely cause of terrible odor in Colonial Heights, disgusting, somehow local people can tolerate it. Thank God I don't live here.

I arrived with a carload of brush and yard waste, expecting that as a resident, I would be able to dispose of it for free. At the entrance I was told there was a minimum $30 flat fee, so I went home. What a ripoff. Their website doesn't mention anything about a fee for residents.
