Im not too for sure about metro pcs the company… but THIS EXCAT store is GREAT… the man manger was really pleasant and had great customer service. Every question I had he had a answer and was really patient I hope he reads this and also the ceo of the company! Thank you sir i for got your name be we was talking about you just getting a iPhone in December.

When i called the guy answers the phone by saying "yea" was very rude and would not answer my questions I would not rexcomend going to this store at all

I went into the store yesterday 8/06/2018 about 6:48pm to pay my bill and I did know the store didn't close until 7 . First the rep didn't greet me I saw where he was counting the money and open sign was off but the door was open but it wasn't 7 . The rep was very rude I said I would like to pay my bill he said in a rude way im closed I then said well its not 7pm yet the rep then said well I got somewhere to go I then said well it not 7 he then said I said I got somewhere to go . I proceeded to ask for his supervisor name he said I'm not going to tell you i the asked his name he said I'm not going to tell you . If you going to hire young people make sure they know what Customer Service very rude unprofessional rep without a name badge and myself coming in to a store to make a payment it wasn't going to take 5 minutes.

Walked into the store and was greeted by Gabe. He offered me and my family many different options. We decided to purchase 4 phones with new lines. Helped us with set up and walked us through the new phone features. Super cool guy definitely worth the 5 star review.
