I went today at 1234 to get a fill in only because I usually go to had a long wait. When I arrived there was 1 person waiting so I figured it wouldn’t be too bad since there were 4 people doing nails. I was wrong. At 104 an older man walked in was acknowledged for whatever service he needed. At 118 when someone finished up their client instead of calling me since I’ve been waiting over 30 mins she gets her area set up for the older gentleman that had just walked in. Usually I would’ve spoken up but I didn’t have the energy today. They lost my business today and any day in the future.

Nails were done but not to my satisfaction. Young man was polite but inexperienced and artwork design was poorly done. Wanted pedicure, but didn't trust it would be done properly. Been there before over the years, quality deteriorating
Requested style: Filling, repair and design
Cleanliness: Fair, furniture worn and items needed scattered
Stylist: Need more experienced operators.

I asked for a repair and the old lady ripped my nail off and made me bleed. I've always had the truck file or cut away damaged acrylic. She literally snatched it off even though I told her it was painful indicating there was a crack underneath. Do not let the old lady touch you.

? the nail shop was empty when I walked in I should have taken that as a sign I’m from out of town and just happened to stop by I won’t lie my nails were in dire need I mean home girl was looking rough technique I’ll give it to them very professional and uniform but the design smh I’m sorry but if I wanted some one to practice arts and crafts on my finger nails I would have done it myself and kept the 80 I spent on nails for some squiggly lines and dots on two out of 3 of my nails on each hand sadly sadly disappointed I should have got up the first nail I saw looking like it was done with the etch and sketch recklessly needless to say I am highly disappointed I usually post my nails when I’m done I just put them in my pockets hoping I don’t have to pull them out anymore today ?

It was a long wait, but it was worth it. I asked for ombré nails, and he did exactly as I asked. The gentleman who did them took his time, and it was greatly appreciated! I love how the turned out!

Had to wait about 45 minutes as a walk in. There was 3 ladies ahead of me. They were fast but very good! Not a lot of dip colors for what I prefer, but lots of good gel colors.Service: Acrylic nails
