Haven't bought a car from them yet but I did go and test drive one. The salesmen who I talked with named Archie was down to earth, friendly and very respectful. He had a great personality. I'm still in the hunt for a vehicle and I hope when I do buy one Loyalty has the vehicle and price I'm looking for.

Archie was vary pleasant and professional. He was driven to make sure i left the lot happy and driving away in a reliable vehicle. I am now have my own car, after two years of having to use public transportation. If you need wheels and a friendly handshake, Archie is your guy.

I love my car but I've had two issues with the Loyalty dealerships. I have the lifetime loyalties plus an added warranty and I had to take my car to Loyalty Nissan, pay to get it checked out and never got the money back from what was left over after the deductible. I also had an inspection at the Petersburg location, left to get a tire put on so they could remove the rejection sticker and came back not even an hour later and both inspectors were gone. It was only noon and they close at 5:30. The guy told me to drop off the car the next day and I told him I live almost an hour away. They literally just had to see that I had a new tire and give me an inspection sticker. Next time I'll stick to getting an inspection where I live because now I have to find a way to get back up there to literally get my tire looked at and get the sticker. All the guy could tell me was that I had 14 days. Sir I came almost an hour away and you expect me to come the next day and drop my car off when you can clearly see that I have a new tire and the proof of purchase. My appointment was at 10am, we arrived 10 mins early and still waited over an hour for an inspection.

I don't even want to leave 1 star. The body shop managers and supervisors should be ashamed after what happened to me. No customer service skills at all. I've been a manager with a college degree for over 33 yrs and honestly yawl are at the top of the list for absolutely no clue what customer service even has a real definition what that means. I'll never recommend you and I will tell all media and internet platforms how horrible yawl are. You loss my boyfriend's business as well who had purchased 4 vehicles from you. Except this time when he just bought a new truck, he refused to give you another dime. I will never use yawl again. I am disgusted and yawl should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has been very disappointing on trying to buy a car. We were very interested in buying a car we found online. They said they have to ship the car from Williamsburg to there location. They said the car would be there today, so my wife with a 2 month old goes up there and the car is not there. Then they say it’s at the Chester location. My wife then drives the salesman and our 2 month old up to the Chester location not there as well. They say it’s still in Williamsburg. Then my wife has to drive back and drop salesman off. This is all with a 2 month old. Didn’t even look at the car and will not be buying here.
