If you have the option do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else. The technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Actually Noone in the service center knows what they are doing. Kept my car for over a month. Was promised 2 weeks max. Now it's been 6 weeks and I still don't have my car.

I would highly recommend Loyalty Collision Center on Crater road, Petersburg....My wife's Lexus was personally introduced to a wayward deer on the interstate and I'm very pleased with the repair work and the interactions that took place during the process..(shout out to Leslie for outstanding customer service)

In the process of previously looking for a car, this was a location I stopped by.The car that I was shown on the computer & had interest in, is not the same vehicle listed on the mailing I received today, from the financing company where the credit application was submitted to.How does a 4 dr. car ? ? turn into a S.U.V on a credit application, and with who's knowledgeable or permission definitely not the consumer's.Plz... make it make logical sense! Smh... Thank God we found ?? who & what we needed elsewhere.??

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership, where I purchased a 2019 Mustang Convertible EcoBoost Premium two months ago. Despite their name "LOYALTY," it is unfortunate to say that there is no sense of loyalty towards customers. I initially came across the vehicle on Facebook, which was listed under Carfax. Upon interacting with Travis, the receptionist, I found him to be clever and skilled at engaging customers. However, to be brief, my car-buying experience at this dealership was highly negative, with numerous unfulfilled commitments. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this dealership as they provide very poor customer care, and once you've made your purchase, they neglect their commitments. The overall sales process was subpar, particularly due to the actions of their manager, Ryan. Regrettably, the after-sales service is non-existent, earning a "ZERO" rating in my book.

I had a previous good experience with Loyalty so when I needed another repair to my vehicle they were on the top of my list. Insurance company had me take photos of damages to my vehicle and tried to send me a check for much lower than I thought. Loyalty was very experienced in these matters and was able to help the Insurance company navigate there system in order to get a prober estimate to fix my vehicle. It was way more damage than what you can see from a photo. I am very happy with the way that Loyalty took control of the situation and the repairs done to my vehicle. Thank you Lucas

Don’t waste your time going here. I spoke with a representative for almost a week regarding a specific car for my daughter. I had a check in hand from my credit union. I get there for my appointment and not only is the car not on the lot, it’s not even available. It was a total waste of time and they lost a customer that was prepared to pay in full.
