All of the employees are rude. The older white gentleman is never nice and the one lady was very rude about me using some of their tape for a box. Absolutely no decent customer at this post office.

Old white man runs the place, apparently he’s there for his paycheck and paycheck only. Left work early to get there before close. Man already had the doors locked and 5min till close and just looked right at me. Prick

The main entrance it’s not the first one that you see when you came left to right ( I hope you get what I mean). So the non entrance says do not enter… so you will use the next entrance… Anyways customer service is very good. Parking lot near and good.

This post office is the worse post office of them all. The white older man customer service is trash. They open and close when they want to. I highly recommend not to go there at all.

If I could give 5 million zeros I would. How can you supposedly deliver a package to the wrong address and when you realize it wasn’t admit it wasn’t delivered to the right address and then can’t even get the lie out about the house it was supposedly left at. The nerve to treat this like we messed up but oh well life goes on and I still get my paycheck. God does not like ugly and you will have to answer to him. Honestly if you needed what I was expecting so badly just say so and stop lying to me!!!!!

Super irritated! They mark my package undeliverable because they could not access my mailbox. I live in a house with no cars parked out front. I do not have any dogs out. I have never had this issue. I have been waiting all day for my package.

Went to both Petersburg post offices today. Neither would cash a 599. Dollar postal money order. Both said they didn't have the money at 4 pm .

It's incredibly silly that they can't tape my package closed even though it's a USPS location so I know they have some available (and if they don't, that's telling of their incompetence). This isn't an issue at the Colonial Heights location and the Disputanta location. Another thing that makes this location infinitely worse than the other USPS offices around is the tall older white man who works here, he's not a pleasant person to speak to, to say the least. The only positive I can give to this place is that service is usually fast, but so is every other location around here so that's quite literally the bare minimum.

The female that answers the phone is rude and told me she doesn't know anything about the drop box in their front parking lot. She refused to get someone on the phone that knew about it. Very bad attitude and obviously is very unhappy with her job. Not to mention, I had to call 5+ times to get an answer.

The worst PO I have ever used and i am 65 yo, You pay for shipping and delivery for packages , And you at home watching for them, then you get Message to pick it up at the post office ,I guess they to Lazy to bring to my house. It's not the first time either this has happened. What happened to mail and packages will be delivered Through rain, snow, sleet, and hale, they can't even deliver it in clear weather.and you call and can't get anyone to answer the phone ?
