Whatever you do, do NOT sign a contract with Virginia Linen Service!!! It is, hands down, the WORST vendor experience I have ever witnessed. When I tell people (including the practitioners who work in my business) about my issues with this company they stare at me in disbelief; because it's unbelievable.First and foremost, holy moly, have a lawyer explain that contract of theirs to you. My understanding, after finally having to involve my lawyer, is that you sign on for three years (and I asked my sales rep, Shannon Murray, about this at signing - she blatantly lied to my face and said that it wasn't LOCKING me in to three years, which it was) and they can literally do whatever they want - including not bringing you the linens you're paying for - and you have no way. All correspondence to complain about their terrible service must be sent via USPS certified mail receipt upon delivery, but don't bother - it does nothing, other than waste (more) of your time and money. The customer service is just as bad as their quality of service - when they started failing to bring me new linens on my delivery day, my "customer service rep" was so rude I literally had to say do not ever put me in contact with her again. To make things more interesting, they have so many layers of management that you may think you're talking to someone who can help you, but you're probably not. First there's your sales rep, then there's the office manage, next we have an assistant general manager, then a general manager. After climbing the most backwards ladder I've ever seen, I met with the GM, who simply sat there and lied to my face for 45 minutes.I finally found one of the COOs on LinkedIn and asked if he'd like to know why, one year in to the contract they won't let you out of for anything in the world, I'd already put in my 120 day notice - and he couldn't be bothered with it, so he sent someone else to talk to me.I'm currently in my third consecutive week of not getting the linens that I'm paying for. My delivery day was Tuesday - on Friday, they brought me 26 of the 60, or 26 less than the 60, I don't know b/c they simply wrote "-26" on the invoice and chucked them in the lobby of my business.I've posted lovely pictures of what they brought me for a few weeks verses what I'm supposed to get because they didn't have the fitted linens that I'm paying them to rent in stock. Sometimes they bring me a substitute, sometimes they just don't bring me anything.Oh, and keep an eye on your charges, because they can't keep that straight either AND they will randomly change your prices. You have to fight tooth and nail, but sometimes they'll admit they were wrong and adjust your total due accordingly. (Speaking of, don't let them bill you monthly - they are unable to process payments in a timely manner so they'll hit you with double what you think they're going to because they hadn't processed the previous payment.)Stay away. They are the WORST.

This place is dangerous! Dangerous work practices, terrible working conditions. I would not recommend this place for employment. I wouldn't use them to clean my sheets either.
