The Pharmacy stays busy at this location, and they are always efficient and serve patients quickly. They also have a customer service desk that keeps the line moving quickly.

I was able to shop at this Walmart while visiting my daughter. The staff were very helpful and the store was well stocked. I enjoyed looking around at the home items, clothing and food items. The cashiers were very friendly and the restrooms were clean. I enjoyed going to this Walmart.

Do not shop here!!! Do not try to do a grocery pickup! You will be waiting an hour. Just to walk in to get your food and wait another half hour. Don't place a pickup order. They will send the wrong order and then tell you they have nothing to do with it. Although you ordered on Walmart.com and even got the membership, the deliver was from a third party. Sad

Walmart sucks at pick UPS I quit using them because they are never on time I have someone pick up for me order several days in advance apparently the employees did not have what it takes to actually proceeds actually do a simple job lord forbid they actually had to do something that had to use their brain instead of a computer. I quit using them 6 months ago because I had this problem gave them another chance and they still couldn't do their jobs If by chance there are any good reviews it's because the employees are leaving them because they cannot function

I prefer this location to the one closer to me. It's cleaner, less crowded, and generally friendlier staff.

The staff is very rude. No one answers the phones. I was checking out and the cashier had headphones in and wasn't paying attention to what she was scanning and I was charged double for several items

So standing in line 20 items or less and had 20 items asked for a pack of cigarettes and the lady said no cause I would have 21 items lady is on crack

This store is in really bad shape as far as customer service is concerned and the appearance of the inside is very dirty and items in the middle of floor so you can not move around the store freely. no-one ever answers the phone and if they do you get put on hold and finally the phone hangs up. I was trying to purchase 3200.00 in walmart gift cards and never got an answer on if they had that many but no-one could help me with this.When asked to speak to a manager I was told there was not one there. You all should be ashamed of the way you conduct your business and the way your employees teat your customers. you should close your doors and re-train your rude employees. Will not be going back to your petersburg store again. I will drive to food lion or kroger from now on. .

HORRIBLE store!! Nobody never answers the phone at customer service the lines are always long not enough workers! the bathrooms are always nasty the store is very disorganized and dirty they deff need new and better management

The grocery pickup has gone down hill over the past year. One time $22 worth of snacks was left out. Next trip got there for pickup at 7:30 and no one came out. Went in and they had closed. Luckily our food was prepped, still took 45 mins to straighten it out. 3rd and final trip to the crater road location. Last night pickup between 6 and 7. Order was delayed. Waited til 8 and was told we could get it the next day or cancel. Picked up order next day and items were missing. Employee blamed on mgmt. it wouldn't be that bad but we drive 30 mins to pickup groceries. DONE with Crater road.

Customer service would not take back mini blinds with receipt because I purchased it before the coronavirus. I tried to return it during the ice storm but none of the employees in Customer Service showed up that day. So I'm stuck with mini blinds I can't use. That's why I never go to that store, it's never a good experience. I even had a receipt! Box was never opened! Done for me with that place!

Nothing special here. It was my first visit & I was there specifically looking for a t-shirt of the local college. I found a shirt & bought my regular size without trying it on. When I got home, it was extremely small. So, I will have to return it. The customer service was poor. They were guarding the door as if I were at Costco, but the didn't speak to the customers. They just had personal conversations going on as if no one else was around. They didn't care about anyone or anything else. Rude! The store was somewhat tidy...it had places where it could've been cleaned up though. Like a million other WM's, there were a million customers waiting in line with only 2 lines open with cashier's & a few open for self-checkout. Ridiculous!!! If they don't have enough cashiers, at least open more self-checkout registers. They have absolutely no respect for people's time. I won't be back to this location. I usually don't even shop at WM anyway, but I knew they would have this shirt.

Went to pick up an online order- the employee that waited on me wasn't friendly at all- didn't even speak to me or acknowledged me and it was very obvious why! I wouldn't shop at this store again! Horrible customer service.
