Walmart is my favorite store, and I would usually rate a 5 star....but my store is getting a much needed update. It will be a 5 star again...soon as it's finished.

This is my 3rd time going since all of the renovations! I used to love walmart. Employees walking around acting like they can't help. Went this morning, passed a young lady (employee) spoke, she said nothing. When I got in line she was my cashier, I spoke again, she said nothing. Apparently a woman was there before me, she looked at me, SAID NOTHING, called a coworker, asked for help, STILL SAID NOTHING TO ME, so I'm standing there feeling as dumb as she was looking. Oh the lady comes back with an item, and the cashier says to me, 'can you move back some'. WHAT? So the item didn't have a price on it and she walks off to customer service, I left my stuff on the counter. Walked out. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? I mean everything in the store has been moved around, you can't find what you're looking for, the employees don't want to help. Why am I even going?

I Hate this store. The upgrade was unnecessary and made the store worse. The pharmacy is inconvenient. I was positive for gestational diabetes during my pregnancy and the Drs sent a prescription for a test kit that they say was sent wrong so I was never able to get the script until after I had my baby which was pointless. Where another pharmacy had good enough sense to still give the whole kit because they know it was a mistake with the prescription that was sent from the Drs office. I wouldn't recommend this Walmart to anyone for anything.

So I pull up to the auto center this morning at 710am. The doors are open, it says it's open but I go in to get 2 new tires and have them installed. Well there's only 1 person there working, and he doesn't know when the other guy is going to show up. He can't do any services by himself. So I talk to the store mgr who informs me she can't do anything in the auto department bc she hasn't been trained? How are you the manager of the entire store but don't know anything about different departments in the store? So I have a flat tire and the store mgr is telling me it'll be 1030 before the other person gets there? So not only do you not know how to be a mgr, but you also aren't any good at scheduling enough ppl so the store can operate smoothly. Walmart is the worst place to go for anything! Start looking around when you go there, their food is never rotated which is day one on how to keep your stock fresh!! Shut the doors, and bring Kmart back!!!!

I'm not a fan of the new remodeling and all self checkouts. I went to another location with this same setup, and it was a mess 2 long lines for all customers to check themselves out. I may be a target shopper from now on...

Had to come to this Walmart to exchange my UNOPENED diapers for a different size because the Walmart in colonial heights would not allow us to. Thanks for making exchanging diapers a breeze like it should be!!!
