October 2025 update-DO NOT use the drive through auto bay. It took my payment then sprayed down tire and wheel cleaner then directed me right out of the bay. On site employee did something and it did the same thing to the next person in line.
Always closed when I try to go wash my car.

Paid $25 for the automatic brushless and car honestly looked dirtier when it came out. That little squirt of water seemed to have less pressure than a garden hose and car wash lasted like 47 seconds. Much better automatic wash for $10 at Washmoore right down the street with multiple passes from the automatic sprayers.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid for the 20 dollar wash was supposed to get foam and extra stuff only got soap and a spot free rinse and the vacuums are free from 6-8 according to website they were not on or working at 3:05.

Paid for a car wash, machine soaped front end of car, then stopped. Called the telephone number posted to report my incident and was given a code to use in the future and she agreed to report this mishap immediately. So say no to Poquoson Cool Wave until it's repaired!

We paid $10, and they literally didn't wash it. The machine only squirted a little water from the right side and nothing else. After that, the car wash didn't do anything else. Total rip-off

I liked going to this car wash because it has the free vacuums and self serve but over the years it has gotten worst and worst. There is always something broken or there isn’t the specified soap in the self serve, it’s just gotten so bad. I will probably never go here again.

$20 wash seems like a rip off...basically just rinsed pollen off and some of the bug splatter on windshield but you can still see the poop residue and that dusty film on the paint.

It's a shame 90% of the time something is broke here but yet you raise price to start car wash to $5 dollars, I'll drive 5 min.up street to bethel car wash for 3 and guarantee there's isn't broke ! Just saying
