Went there to get my haircut and some layers nothing impossible. When I tried to style it I could not get it to do anything just hangs there and when I tried to put it in a ponytail one side was significantly shorter than the other and sticks out. I Called Left a message for the hairstylist which was Barbara got no call back. Called back After three days talked to another lady and explained the situation to her she said Barbara would be there in the evening after I left another message knowing Barbara would be there, Nothing!So if you go to this hair salon and they cut your hair or at least The stylus that cut my hair and something is wrong with your hairstyle it doesn't get fixed there is no resolution you have to call another hairstylist and make an appointment and pay to get your hair done again I wish I would've known this that would have been a dealbreaker because anyone can have a bad day.Theres no management, there is nothing that can be done if you get a bad haircut you are stuck.I now have an appointment with a different hairdresser in a different location and will have to pay for a cut to fix this cut.Also the reviews on here are old So I don't know if all of the hair stylist there if they give you a haircut and if you don't like it tough or if they do a bad job because it's a bad day tough go find somebody else to cut your hair and pay again. I drive all the way from Williamsburg to have my hair done. I love this place!! Judy does mine and she goes beyond the call of duty to accommodate you. Hard to find someone that can cut and color. I always found one or the other until I met Judy.

Owner Tina Baker has been doing my daughter's and my hair for over 20 years. I love how she really listens to what I want. I trust her completely. The shop is a small, friendly and comfortable place with people who want you to look your best.
