Jonah was THE best! He was very genuine and honest. He addressed all of our questions and concerns thoroughly and with patience. He was working by himself today and when the store picked up with other customers, he did not try to cut corners or rush our process to get to the other customers. Jonah went above and beyond in helping us get the most from our plan with perks we were eligible for but didn’t even know existed. My family has been with Verizon for 10+ years and this was by far the best experience we’ve had with the company. 5 STARS FOR JONAH!

Jonah far exceeded my expectations for good service today. He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, personable and informative. He made updating our phone a breeze and had a great manner and commitment to our satisfaction. Jonah is an excellent representative for Verizon, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future service.
