USPS has the worst automated system why is it so hard to talk to an actual person that knows what's going on rather than a stupid voice that just keeps asking for the same info you just gave like 4x.

When I arrived at 9:35am on Friday, December 23rd no one was at the front window to take packages. It was closed even though it should be open.

This post office has been beyond helpful. The lady that works at the counter has always tried to expedite all mailings. They delivered our Xmas packages in a matter of a couple of days.
