Richard is extremely polite and always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I never wait long while I am here. Even when it was busy another time I was here, I was only there an hour maybe. This particular day, I went to Discount Tire at first because it was closer. Mistake!! They took forever and I think they forgot me honestly. Waste of my morning! So I went where I know it is reliable. I will never go anywhere else just because it is closer again. Discount Tire also told me my tire needed to be replaced immediately when it didn't need it. Richard and his guys told me my tire had no major damage so I can go a little longer. Which helped me! Cause I definitely had other priorites to take care of. 10 out of 10! Always come again ??

I was in and out in less than an hour. Not only is the tire great quality, The man at the front desk worked with me on a good price, and genuinely cared about me and my car more than the money. I overheard him talking to other customers as well and he is so friendly and professional. He tried his best to work with everyone to get them the best price with what they had. The guys who worked on the car even wiped off the rim!! Definitely will go back and I recommend this place too

I’ve gone to Bargain Tires twice now & have gotten great & quick service. The tires that were recommended for my vehicle have wked wonderful, I will surely cont. to get my tires not only at Bargain Tire but at “bargain”prices & high quality!

I have been a customer of Bargain Tire for many years now and suspect I will be for many years to come... I regret not reviewing them sooner than now. I regret not reviewing them sooner because finding an honest and hardworking, respectful establishment like this is SO hard to come by... I simply must say, this place is solid gold and trustworthy. I stop by whenever my tire light comes on, and I am never disappointed or FEARFUL of getting overcharged! The owner, Richard and his amazing staff are just some of the hardest working folks on the planet. I never ever see them stop moving--EVER! It's just Amazing! And the prices for tires are so reasonable--they are NOT out to upcharge you or sell you something you don't need! God bless you Tire Bargain and may you enjoy the fruits of your phenomenal work!

Today I had to have my car towed to this tire shop because my back tire was done I mean done not hold not 1 psi which made my car non drivable ( does not have spare by design). Prior to my car being taken here of course I read reviews and called to make sure my tire was readily available. Richard assisted me today please keep in mind at this point my anxiety levels where through the roof. To get straight to the point my transaction was flawless and fast 1hr in and out ( both tires needed replacing and we made a plan to replace the front 2 soon). He was very kind and patient the prices were reasonable ( replacing anything on my car will never be in my budget). I live in Hampton VA which is a drive to this place but I will forever be a customer and will always refer people here. Some review on here may state they had a bad experience maybe the went during a bad day because we all have them but for the single mother or just someone who lives on quite the budget I can not recommend you getting you tire service here more my car is back on the road and riding smooth like butter!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

A humongous SHOUT OUT to Bargain Tire Outlet in Portsmouth!! Truly the fastest and most friendly new tire installation I've ever encountered and worth the drive from Virginia Beach. A family owned and operated business, it truly was a great experience, and I will definitely be back!! Boy it sure does ride smoothly. Thank you, Richard Bryant ?

I went to get a 255/40/19 tire from this place in person. The older guy at the front desk was very nonchalant for some reason. Long story short… he said NO we don’t have one. I said ok, called on the phone and asked for 2 255/40/19, he said sorry we don’t have 2 but we got 1. What color am I? Smh. I will never return again?
