“I stopped by Autobell in a rush to get my work vehicle washed before heading out of town. It was cold and starting to rain, and unfortunately, the payment machine was giving Dylan a hard time. Despite the technical issues, Dylan remained patient, professional, and very courteous. He possessed a plesant aura that I appreciated. He apologized repeatedly while troubleshooting and took the time to clearly explain all the service options as I had many questions, lol.
Once everything was squared away, Dylan did an excellent job detailing my vehicle. It was VERY EVIDENT that he cared about the quality of his work....he was thorough, efficient, and attentive to every detail.
Although I wasn’t able to leave a tip due to company policy on the use of the agency's credit card; I did not have any personal cash on hand and had no time to run and get cash from an ATM, I wanted to make sure his outstanding service was recognized! While I personally may not return because of Autobell’s higher prices (I have a membership elsewhere for my personal vehicles with similar quality at a much lower cost), Dylan’s professionalism and dedication truly stood out. He provided excellent service and deserves to be commended for it!! Because of his excellent customer service, I plan to pay a visit just to provide that tip in the near future. Keep up the excellent work Dylan as great customer service is hard to come by these days ?.”

“Just wanted to say that I am new to the area here in Virginia but I've been to this location several times at different times. Whenever I go early in the day timer I find that the staff is very lazy and not very customer friendly but when I go in the evening the young lady that works there and I asked her name which is Bellamy, she's always respectful, always cleaning, and always working weather shoes wiping off tables, sweeping the floor, or wiping off the machines she does a heck of a job in keeping this facility clean and customer ready but I have not been seeing her too much lately so I hope she's still there and if so I'd like to know when she's there because my experience is always pleasant when she's there.”
“Awesome Place Great Service ? they take there time clean everything the Owner and Workers all was productive and my Car left looking fantastic ? best it's looked in weeks I will be coming back weekly to keep them on top of what they done becuase I have found no Car Wash better than the job they did ?? agian Thank You for y'all's service and I will be returning and I will be sending you customers ? for you to make that $$ anyone need there car clean and libe close by you deff wanna take your Car or Truck or SUV here ? “Wish the new owner teach the employees how to use the computer correctly and the machine messed up couldn’t get gas because iPhone wallet was full of money but their machine wouldn’t work or the girl at the counter couldn’t do it. So I went royal farms for gas and didn’t even have to go in !no inspection guy been waiting a year for them to get one”
