I usually never leave reviews but when the place is this pitiful I felt like saying something! Walked in to get prescription filled. Woman at counter the told me it would be about an hour. Told her that will be fine. Came back the next day same time 24 hours later and was told by a man this time there still working on it. This is not been the first time I have had issues with this place. It’s just the first time saying anything. I’m glad it’s not life saving medicine or I would be dead.

Today the young girls not women girls named Aligha and Olivia where the most disrespectful bunch that whole crew needs to be fired ! Rude nasty and trifling and immature! I’m sick of going in there and they are nasty rude ! I’m not afraid of posting my name because they called me to gripe to send one message and I sent a message on each one of my prescriptions not just one message it’s not even possible to do that with the new app I told her that and Her response was for me to talk to the fill in pharmacist !so ,I did just that because I live around the corner she didn’t think I’d come up there and check mate their bad service . You give me a nasty attitude and bad service I give it back ! Terminate this crew they been an issue for years since they opened their on Nextdoor app everyone does nothing but complain about how nasty they are they obviously the employees don’t think they will get fired for bad service ! Make them an example for others fire them ! The fill in pharmacist smoothed it over but it’s not her job to baby sit ! Get it right get better service there’s to many people with out jobs that want to give good service these bad employees are replaceable . This staff is rude nasty and unprofessional ! I’m disgusted but to punish their bad behavior I’ll be keeping my scripts there and reporting to corp every time everyday they give me bad service ! don’t play with me when it comes to my peace of mind of good customers service and my medication!

They don’t NEVER answer the phone or call you back! RITEAIDE has always been my favorite pharmacy and now they are closing so I wanted my meds transferred here because it was closer but now I only wanna deal with Walgreens this is crazy

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this store, especially the pharmacy. They will do everything they can to help you, even when short staffed. Definitely a lot better than rite aid!!!! My new go to for a pharmacy.

All the employees that work in the pharmacy department at this CVS are extremely rude! I've had several problems with this particular location and ive been in line waiting to be seen and witnessed other people having issues with the employees in the pharmacy on a separate occasion! Im not sure why upper management can't fix this location but im done and will now drive further to spend my money at Walgreens! And now that I actually go read the reviews and rating, i'm not the only one!

Today I went to pick up my prescription at the drive-thru window and after waiting in line for a long time, they told me I had to go inside to enter my insurance information into the system. Upon entering the store, the lady served me rudely. I reacted with a smile, trying to calm things down. When she approached me, I told her that I understood she had a long day, that I had a long day too, and that she shouldn't be rude to me. The lady got angry and told me to shut up, to go back to my country, and that she didn't even understand anything I was talking about. This happened around 6:50 p.m. to 7:12 p.m. on May 13, 2025 I was wearing a pink uniform and they asked me to stand at the consultation window . You can look for the cameras and listen to the conversation.
I don't mind waiting, and even though I didn't want to go in, I don't mind going in if necessary. It saddens and angers me greatly that the lady is rude and uses racial slurs to insult customers. So, even if I have to travel to the Walgreens pharmacy at my old address in Virginia Beach, I will do

A CVS team member name Aaron met me at the door with a pleasant hello and a friendly smile. He Pointed out items I was shopping for that were on sale. Then helped me as I was checking out. All with a warmth not seen to often in retail these days. Thank you again. I will return to this CVS!

Kaitlyn at the pharmacy is both hostile and rude to the customers and her professionalism and customer service is non-existent.
She could benefit from mentoring and training in both.
The overall store manager is always polite and helpful.

I thought I had finally found a decent pharmacy near my home. First issue is the robot answering service will not let you talk to a person. It will run you in circles. The second, and by far most unacceptable is that I went in to pick up an Rx and the pharmacy had been closed all day. I was told they couldn't find a pharmacist. That is completely unacceptable. How many people have life saving medicine they couldn't obtain because of this? They should at least redirected the prescriptions to another location.
I will never use any CVS again.
