On the second day of moving my belongings into the unit I used the facility cart to assist and so many roaches fell from off the rolling cart. Love the temp and Had 24 access so that was great. Had a unit for 2 months my belongings are intact.

I actually rented a storage unit from here about 4 months ago on a move-in special. I think the company uses bait and switch tactics on their customers. They wait just long enough for a customer to get all of their belongings in the unit and then raise the price of about $100 a month. I have used other storage facilities before in the area, and the move-in rate lasts at least a year. There's no way I would have used them knowing in 4 months that there would be a crazy rate increase like this. Be careful with these companies.

The facility and units are clean, well ventilated and accessible. They have carts at the entrances to facilitate moving items from your vehicle to the unit, as well as elevators large enough to accommodate mattresses and bulky items. Jerry, the store manager, has been fantastic! He really seems to take pride in his job, answering any questions and taking time to make sure all things are in order.
