They were punctual but it kind of threw me off when they showed up in a regular car. I was thinking that they were going to show up in a van or something. They did say it was only going to take 1 hour but ended up cleaning it for 3. I will say though that there were some obvious spots that they missed. And for the price I was expecting a better job but they did do a great overall wipe down of the car. But I could have easily taken it to a car wash and done it myself. But I do recommend if your to busy

I've tried numerous times for months to get the coffee stains out of my car seats. I spilled coffee all over the passenger seat and some on the drivers seat. I've used different fabric cleaners, steam, etc to try removing the stains...It also smelled funky in my car because the coffee contained dairy so you can imagine what it smelt like. I also have a over active little 5 year old boy that kicks the back side of the passengers seat so that was stained. Greg showed up on time, spent several hours cleaning my car, and I cannot be more happy and grateful he was able to get the stains/stench out. My car smells and looks AMAZING!!! Highly recommend and will continue to use his service. I wished I took before photos, but here are some after photos.

This man seems to have a very disturbing pattern. He set and verified an 8:00 AM appointment and like the other user feedback, he not only failed to arrive (it's now 9:30 AM) but also, he failed to call or email to reschedule or advise us that he was running VERY, VERY LATE! Even though I read the negative feedback, I felt that everyone deserves a second chance....boy, was I ever wrong in this case! Folks, do NOT bother with this so called business.

I got: vacuuming, shampooing the carpet and seats, Steaming wiping dashboards, cleaning the windows, door jams, clean car vents, sanitizing and deodorizing. I had two really bad coffee spills in my car and now the seats look fresh and do not smell at all. He was very communicative, nice and efficient. He did very good with the job and my car has a new car smell. He showed up on time and offered to do my trunk too.

Greg is amazing. He is professional and takes his time . Prices are fair. He cares about his product and takes the time to explain the products and processes to the customer. He rocks. I have found my detailer.
