Rugs were vacuumed but the cleaning was average. It was hard to tell if it was cleaned.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Megan and Brian of J's Cleaning Service gave my house the most thorough cleaning that it's probably had in its history. I requested a Move Out cleaning. After ensuring all closets, cupboards, and drawers were empty, they started on my third floor and worked their way down to the first floor. Their cleaning was very detailed. They removed pet spots on the carpet that I couldn't clean. They cleaned floor and ceiling moldings. All bathrooms were cleaned. In the kitchen, they emptied the refrigerator of all drawers and thoroughly cleaned them. The stuff was cleaned to perfection, especially the top of the stove. I was delighted by their diligence in ensuring a quality job. Megan and Brian arrived on time and were very professional. I highly recommend these two housekeepers when choosing J's Cleaning Service.

We were promised that as the cleaning was being finished we would be contacted so that we may come to do a walk through with the cleaner or so that we could send a friend to it if we were unavailable. We got no contact at all until after the cleaner had already left, and even then it was simply a text saying that they had to "run." I went to drop my key off at the house, as this was a move out clean, I found trash all over the driveway and my clothes in the trash. It had been raining and storming all day, yet whoever cleaned decided to use our trashed paper takeout bags as garbage bags instead of using or bringing trash bags, and then left these paper bags loose in our driveway for the storm to destroy. It also seemed as we were moving we forgot to check the dryer and instead of contacting us about it they took our clothes from the dryer and put them into the trash bins outside. I had to spend over an hour at 9pm, in the rain, cleaning my driveway and picking my clothes out of trash.A majority of fans, windows, etc were not touched; bathrooms still look almost identical as when we left besides sweeping; only appliance cleaned out was my microwave, rest looked like they hadn't been touched; sliding door track hadn't been touched, etc. Now the carpet- the strong scent of soap disguised how horribly it had been done for the first day, but once that had dissipated, the house was filled with a strong, musty, wet dog scent. Upon closer look at the carpet it was clear instead of vacuuming up the dog hair/ dander left behind they had soaked the fur with their carpet cleaner shoving it deep into the carpet, leaving the house with a horrible scent that won't go away.Upon seeing some wiped down counters and the heavy smell of cleaners/soap I thought it must have been done. Over next 1 to 2 weeks my landlord noticed all of the things that had not been done and sent photos. I tried to email the company. It had been a couple of weeks, but I still hadn't heard back. I'm not upset that I didn't hear back right away, companies get busy, emails get lost, and technology isn't always our friend so sometimes things don't even go through.When they did respond to my next email they said they had not received my one from before. What I am upset over is they then went on to say I didn't email them within their 30 day span and that I should have known to call them even after business hours. I made sure to email them within 30 days (first one they didn't receive at day 14 and second one on day 30 during business hours). They didn't respond until the 31st day so they are claiming it's not within 30 days. The last few weeks I have been working during their hours so I was unable to call them during their business hours, and no where on their site or when they speak to you about setting up an appointment do they say to call after business hours. Their website claims that you may use email at anytime and has specific listed calling hours. We no longer have any access to that house because we moved out, the landlord was the one who had to help us set this up for another cleaning crew since we were in the middle of moving into our new home and we no longer had any access to the old home and hadn't heard back from Js.I asked for some type of compensation in return since the job was not done, and since there is no way for us to get them into a house we don't have access to because new people needed to be living in it for them to have done it anyways. I did not request a full return. I understand that technically someone still spent time in the home, and they need to pay their employees, so I do not expect a full return. But it is absolutely unacceptable that they are doing absolutely no compensation because they did not take the time to clean our home. We had to save and spend over $600 for this company alone, for only a 1,500 sq ft home. We are now out over $600, the time it took to clean the driveway, and the money that has to be given to the landlord for the cleaning to actu

The ladies did an amazing job cleaning a house for my momwho is blind . They payed extra attention to all the little details and were very kind to my mother . Wonderful job , very professional ladies , highly recommended . Monica

Wanted them to do a move in cleaning. I specifically said I needed my new home to be deep cleaned and they didn't. I had to pay for a 3 bed 1 bath house cleaning that looked like a 15 year old did a surface clean. They didn't even touch 2 of the rooms. They cleaned the bathroom ok but the kitchen and everywhere else was still dirty. Called and let them know this and they don't give refunds just as a heads up they instead offered to come out and clean again which there was no point anymore as I had to go in and clean it all myself. If I could give 0 stars I would've. My feet were pitch black within minutes of walking into my house. And one of the cleaners disappeared for an hour to go to the bank. This happened in March.*tThey never did a final walk through. They mopped grabbed their stuff and left.

Had a move out cleaning done, and the cleaner that showed up was very nice. But for a house that is almost 3000 square feet I can't believe that they only sent her by herself besides the carpet cleaner guys. She missed a lot of spot, to include the inside of the cabinets and under the sink. For the price that we paid, the job did not seem fair for what the finish product was.

Edit: never received a refund or apology email. Why are you a CLEANING service if you DON'T want to clean? I'm a SERVICE-disabled veteran and I've moved a lot with my 10 years in the military from overseas. This company does not cater to veterans or the disabled. I booked and paid in advance. They cancelled my booking at 6 and they were supposed to come at 12-4. I waited 6 hours and they didn't clean They said consolidate. And I said MAJORITY Of the stuff will be gone. LAST MINUTE, THEY SAY THAT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE OUT BUT THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid in advance and they don't show up until 6 hours later and cancelled the job. Report to ADA!

We booked J's Cleaning just before the holidays of 2021, and they did a phenomenal job. Service and quality has remained the same great service and quality in May of 2022. They were very responsive in the initial contact and made the entire process easy. Phone calls were made prior to the technicians showing up to let us know they were in route. We will certainly be using J's again.

With an upcoming move, we requested J's Cleaning Service to do a move out clean in our rental. They were very accommodating on such short notice and moved schedules around due to a winter storm. While there were a couple things missed, after reaching out, Dave and Rebekah sent someone out the next day and completed everything without hesitation. We had carpet cleaning and house cleaning and were pleased with the staff and how quickly they worked. Definitely recommend if you want to support local and want fast and quick service. Thank y'all for being so accommodating and working with me!

This review is LONG overdue. The short (tl;dr) version is: J's is fast, affordable, and thorough. The long(er) version is: I was in a pinch and needed to get a big couch cleaned before Thanksgiving. I had 2 other services cancel on me and I was down to the wire. In comes J's. The hero. Friendly, understanding and accommodating are understatements, but pure fact. My couch was gnarly and covered in dog hair and just stuff that couches accumulate over time. I communicated my needs and J's addressed it like it was their absolute top priority. The tech arrived early, explained everything to me, and bounced quickly. The couch was left in an amazing condition and was dry before the out-of-towners arrived. There is ZERO doubt that I will be using J's again. Stellar crew and top notch customer service.

The owner David was very kind and responsive. I looked into several places to clean out our rental we had just moved out of and J's cleaning service provided the quickest service at the best bang for your buck. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their home cleaned. They were very professional, quick, kind, and courteous.
