Araceli is the ONLY metro associate that was willing to help us between 3 local stores! Everyone else told us to go to another store, or the Apple Store. It was a simple technical issue that they could have easily solved if they took the time to help. She is the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful customer service associate that we delt with by far. She is the reason we will continue the services provided by Metro. THANK YOU ARACELI G.
