I have an older Accord that was no longer operable because it needed a part that was no longer available via Honda. I was advised by a family member to check with Total Car Repair as they had been able to assist them with the repair of their car in asimilar situation. Mr. Hobson was able to find the parts and within a few days the car was back on the road just in time for Christmas.

I've taken my imports to Total Car Care for over 10yrs. They do great work and they're affordable. My car had broken down one morning on my way to work and Mr Rob sent a tow truck to pick up me and the car. My car was ready by the end of closing.

**MERCEDES OWNERS BEWARE**I came in for a repair on my S550 Mercedes 4-matic suspension system in which the owner was adamant that he could fix the problem. He had no problem taking my money but found out the hard way this shop is crooked and has no idea how to work on Mercedes. An honest repair shop would have initially told me if he can or can’t work on it but again they’re crooks!! He initially told me that the front Sam module was the problem and that the car should run properly after the repair. (After speaking to the Mercedes shop the front Sam almost has nothing to do with the suspension system) After 2 months I get a call from the owner stating that not only was the problem not fixed but I needed to spend more on a set of struts. After spending over $1,600 on the module he is now having me throw money at the problem after assuring me that the 1st diagnosis would remedy the issue. After another 2months(approximately 5 months altogether)the car is worst than it was when I dropped it off.( Unexplained Dents in windshield air suspension still not working unusual loud noises everywhere unimaginable not to mention after paying 6k altogether to have my car in worst shape than it was before I dropped it off.) Currently dealing with the att general to file a formal complaint don’t let this be you.Edit: The character of this business is on full display I have never asked for anything free nor would I expect anything to be free I just wanted what I or any hardworking person would expect and that’s quality service especially when I paid your so called A1 mechanics( can’t fix Mercedes) over 6k in repairs and now my car is in a worst off condition. You should be ashamed of yourself to be out here destroying cars of hardworking ppl out here! The suspension problem is definitely not fixed also you yelled at me over the phone when I tried to tell you what I was experiencing but I understand you did so bc you know you can’t fix the problems on these cars.

If I could have gave negative stars I would have. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE MR. ROBERTS IS A COMPULSIVE LIAR!!! He will sale you a dream his cars are lemons and he will not take responsibility for it after telling you that you have a 30 day warranty it's pathetic!!

I am very pleased with my experience at Total Car Care. I decided to call them to get an estimate of repair cost, and after to speaking with Billy, one of the Technicians, I was convinced that this is to the place to take my vehicle for care, and I'm so glad I did. Repairs were just as he promised, and my vehicles run like new again. I highly recommend Total Car Care to anyone needing that "TLC" ? Service to their vehicle.??

These guys are awesome.. was recommended by the Ford dealership because my SUV had a issue their technician didn't want to do. These guys. Crack it open and got it. Cost me a bit. But the Expedition been my rider..well worth it.thanks guys

I was returning to have service done and they totally took care of my car. I was very satisfied with the work they did. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!. I would give zero stars if possible. Took car in to get serviced for starting issues. Rob, the owner, claimed he found many other issues that were causing the problem and charged over $3.5k for what he repaired which he alleged were the causes of the problem. I had the car for less than a week before the same exact starting issue began again. Rob was told multiple times to check and replace the starter as he had not done so yet. He instead claimed to have discovered and repaired some problems in the fuel line and within the engine that were causing the problem and attempted to charge almost $1.7k for his work. Three days later, same issue occuring. After nearly $4k in unnecessary costs, he finally actually repaired the starter as he was initially asked to do and eliminated the starting issue. All in all a terrible experience. Rob was really dishonest and underhanded in his methods. He used his position to financially exploit a customer...a purely disgusting "businessman" . Please do not patronize this shop or believe the fake 5 star reviews on here ; save yourself of dealing with the disgrace and go to a more reputable business.Service: General repairs & maintenance
