Purchased 4 tires. After the installation, I was driving home and began to hear a loud sound coming from the rear of the car. After getting home had someone check the tires and learned that I only had three lug knots and the front tire was so loo I didn't need tools to remove the tire.

I purchased 4 new tires and was able to bring my vehicle in on Saturday morning to have them installed. The team was courteous and professional. I was in and out of the shop quickly and on my way.

I met with the attendant on Tuesday 11/28/23 and she scheduled me to return on Wednesday 11/29/23 at 12 noon for an oil change, tire rotation, and lube job. I arrived at 12 noon, my vehicle was taken in for service in about 10 minutes.Approximately one (1) hour later my vehicle was completed with all the above and complimentary vehicle inspection. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED. I plan to return for any additional services.

Service was quick and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour, which is way better than the dealership. Will definitely go again!

The service was superb. When I called wanting to have my tire replaced before the next day even though I was at another location approximately 20 miles away, I was told "we will wait for you." It was a relief to here because I was distressed. Pep Boys on Airline was a blessing.

Pep boys is reliable compared to other repair shops. I called other repair shops and they were limited or not ready to fit me into their schedule. I dropped off my vehicle near close of business on Thursday. On Friday morning, my vehicle was diagnosed, repair, and returned to before the weekend. That meant a lot to me as I needed the vehicle repaired before an upcoming business trip.

They have excellent service, they respect your appointment time, they are very friendly and the service at the reception is very good, a comfortable waiting area with a TV, they always keep you informed of the progress of your car service and give you all the necessary information, I am very satisfied with the service.

I wanna take this time out to express my gratitude to Pep Boys at Airline Blvd for performing such incredible service to my 2003 Honda civic. I requested an oil change and coolant flush and refill and not only did they perform both jobs very well, but they even did an overall checkup on my car and found that my radiator cap was busted. And let me add that after doing a cleansing of my engine and changing the oil, my car drives so much more smoother now. I highly recommend this company for such incredible service and high quality work. Thank you so much!

I needed a new tire asap because it was flat, this place was the only place open at the time but they were fully occupied and about to close soon. I asked about a tire for my Nissan rogue the guy at the front, Todd asked to see the tire and then said they could help me right there so Todd and the guy who replaced my tire is a younger male with dark brown hair. The fact that they were willing to help me even though they were supposed to be off the clock truly speaks volumes about their character, thanks to the both of them I was able to get home safely without worrying if my tire would pop on the highway or not.

Had an appointment went in waited, two guys at the desk, one said we'll be with you in a minute. Four other guest walked in all told the same after about 5m one finally turned and said what do you need, stated I need a state inspection, guy turned and said maybe in 3hrs..., yea no thank you.
