Service took to long to fix. Then when they released my vehicle back lights where not working along with my blinkers. They could not fix the blinkers and said I needed to contact insurance company ( keep in mind the blinkers where working before they touched my vehicle) now I am going though more hassle to fix something that was never broken before they touched it. Very disappointmented and would not recommend.

My name is Amber Jennings accident 8/31/2023. I chose this repair facility as it was close to my home to retrieve my vehicle once it was fully repaired. Hannah my contact representative started off wonderful sending updates via text however it stopped shortly after my car was not completed according to the dead line date given by Performance Collision. I often had to call to get updates she was very polite and expressed good customer service. I was later advised my car displayed noise from the impact area possibly the wheel bearing. I told Hannah my vehicle had no service issues and is up to date on all services prior to the accident. My car has been to priority Toyota for all service issues including oil changes and diagnostics my service advisor is Sharon in chesapeake. My largest service was my hundred thousand mile service estimated $4000.00 spent it was well worth it shortly before my accident. Hannah advised the customer service was not pleasing when she tried to get my car in for a possible diagnostic regarding the wheel bearing so they drove my car to First Team Honda on Western Branch for a diagnostic on the wheel bearing.First Team Honda contact person Fantasia advised it was not my wheel bearing and still charged $149.99 for a full diagnostic although no one drove my car or completed a full diagnostic.First Team Honda contact person Fantasia advised they ONLY CHECKED what Performance Collision on Airline in Portsmouth Va. told them to check as it’s written on the service receipt attached.I have been without my car for 3 months and my rental was returned on 11/13/2023 because the insurance company at fault State Farm refused to extend coverage.I have spoken to the lead technician at Performance Collision asking why he did not explain the noise heard while transporting my vehicle to FirstTeam Honda for a diagnostic.He said it was explained however Fantasia at First Team Honda advised it was not and it was written on the service receipt according to how it was explained and what to check for from Performance Collision.I picked up my vehicle 11/30/2023 to experience the noise first hand on my own because Performance Collision said my car was repaired and completed just to return it to Priority Honda 12/1/2023 in Chesapeake Va for a FULL DIAGNOSTIC WITH VIDEO, AND PICTURES AND THEY WILL DRIVE IT TO TEST WHERE THE NOISE IS COMING FROM!Although no one was rude to me at Performance Collision THE BALL WAS DROPPED WHEN IT CAME TO DIAGNOSTIC TESTING for my vehicle at First Team Honda.Performance Collision did a disservice when they told First Team Honda to just check the wheel bearing to ensure it was not impacted by the accident instead of explaining to check the noise heard while they drove my vehicle to get a diagnostic.Now I’m left with the cost of another diagnostic fee as well as getting my car properly repaired because Performance Collision did not ENSURE MY VEHICLE HAD A FULL DIAGNOSTIC! And if it was not the wheel bearing they did not check further to inspect the noise heard issue.I have a 2019 Honda Passport I purchased NEW I’m up to date on all service calls prior to my accident 8/31/2023.I can’t seem to understand if I had my car since 2019 and it has full diagnostics services tires rims wheel bearing etc at Priority Honda how can Performance Collision assume it’s normal wear and tear for a possible diagnosis of noise on my vehicle wheel bearing when I have 3 other wheels and no noise is coming from them and it’s the same wheel bearing since 2019 but now I have wear and tear on one wheel bearing where my car was impacted? Unacceptable I can not recommend Performance Collision for collision damage nor would I recommend First Team Honda for diagnostic. UPDATE: Priority Honda in chesapeake Va. Service advisor Sharon just advised me today 12/2/2023 that the noise heard from where the impact took place on my car WAS NOT THE WHEEL BEARING AS PERFORMANCE COLLISION CENTER ASSUMED… It’s THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT SHOT ENTIRE ASSEMBLY that was MISS DIAGNOSED! WOW PERFORMANCE COLLISION CENTER! HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am disappointed with the paint job and the finished product. I've reached out to management twice and I left messages for a return call so that we could possibly mitigate the issue, but I never received a response back. This has been the absolute worst experience. I will not recommend company nor ever return to this establishment.

2 stars because my vehicle looked brand new and ready to go. but overall, customer service was horrible and my estimator did a bad job at communicating. my car was taken to performance july 9th, and i didn’t get it back till the 26th of september. do not recommend unless ur okay with them keeping ur vehicle for 3 months.
