The customer service reps are disrespectful as well as the delivery drivers. If I could give them a zero I would.. also they send you out this threatening email about suing you and a lawyer when it’s their fault that your account is past due because they never want to set it up to your pay weeks. Then when you try to correct them on it they get nasty with you and threaten to take your furniture back when you are almost done with the payments.. They lie so much,make up their own rules as they go along and then when caught they will turn it around on you. At this point if I wasn’t so close to being done with them I would tell them to take it back and kiss my a$$ cuz I rather not deal with them ever again in my life. My advice would be to RUN DON’T LOOK BACK!!!!

You’re worst than a loan shark. The finance company that has title to my car doesn’t harass you as badly for being late on a payment. Especially if it’s around the first of the month when rent is due!

Rude store attendants.. no customer service at all.. I did the whole process online payment and Everything. they didn’t honor it had to do the whole in store process. Didn’t have deliveries available until they next week. Even tho my payment was takin on the spot before disclosing that.
