We were visiting the area and noticed a problem with one of our bikes back tire while on a ride. Stopped in and they helped us immediately. Turns out someone must’ve hit our bike on the rack on the back of our car. The guys replaced our rim and gave the back end a quick once over. Called us in under an hour to pick it back up. Very much appreciated their help! Great experience!!

Highly recommend SCAT bikes. They didn't have any children's bikes in stock when we went to look but they still helped us figure out what size to get our daughter and even gave us suggestions on where to find one for her. They then patiently helped me try a bunch of different bikes. The staff answered all my questions and even held on to the bike I purchased for myself until we could come back with a bike rack. They adjusted everything and even came out when we were struggling to set up the bike rack properly. Each time we stopped by other clients came in for repairs and advice and the staff were very responsive.

I live not too far from SCAT Bikes and they have saved me multiple times. On multiple occasions I would run in needing specific bolts or nuts for my bike repairs, they have a lot in stock and they would charge me next to nothing or not at all for replacements. They care a lot about the customers and our bicycles. They're definitely a recommendation from me for all your bicycle repairs and services.
