They were closed for lunch until 4:30pm and then close for the day at 5:00pm. What kind of establishment is this?? Didn’t realize post offices just “close for lunch”?? Since when?

We have been using a PO Box here for 9 months and every time we come in, the staff is very helpful and polite. Corey is the person who signed us up for the P.O. Box and he is consistently friendly, nice, helpful and just awesome. One of the best post offices we have ever used!

Best post office I have ever dealt with. I move around alot and have had many different post offices in my life. Corey in particular does an awesome job making sure this one runs as smoothly as it could possibly be. Thanks Corey!!!

Opened 2 service requests about forwarding mail, that I paid an extra 6 months for. 4 checks from the US treasury did not make it to informed delivery and did not get to me. The treasury checked and all 4 have been mailed and were sent out. Double checked the addresses etc. Both times I opened a request it says the portsmouth office closed it, did not once contact me, and the "problem " they wrote down wasn't even close to what I said. Also they gave me an 8 diget service request number. When I called in to track it, I was told it is not valid unless it's 9 digets. I double checked all emails, both numbers are 8 digets ON THE EMAIL subject line. Something corrupt is going on.

Wish I could give a negative star mailed very IMPORTANT correspondence to a company on 9/15 and they still have not received it! Went back to the Post Office and basically was told ANYTHING could’ve happened to it fell behind a machine, not delivered, basically it was my fault for using the post office service to do their job and DELIVER MAIL TO THE CORRECT BUSINESS THE LETTER WAS ADDRESSED TO etc. and I was talking to the very person I had stamp the letter the day I mailed it (Corey) Now I have to resend. I have ABSOLUTELY NO TRUST IN THE POSTAL SERVICE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!negative 5 stars

The service here is decent if you can get service. They changed their hours daily if they are even open at all. Most importantly I never get my mail anymore. I have had to file numerous complaints about missing mail. The carriers say it's a constant problem.

Hours are unfortunately misleading. Came here to pick up a package today and they’re closed 19 minutes before their hours say they are! Shouldn’t be an issue! Very disappointed

So they're randomly closed on a Friday for zero reason. They have a sign posted on the door listing days they're closed and 21Apr ISN'T ONE OF THEM! Not a federal holiday. No excuse. Worthless.

I don't usually do this but I went here to pick up my packages for my baby shower when I came upon a note on cardboard saying "out to lunch be back at 2:30". Door was wide open with packages siting on the counter for anyone to take. Anyone could've hopped the counter. Group of us dumbfounded and wondering why the counter was unmanned or at least doors locked.
