This location could improve the satisfaction of the customers by hiring more people. Having one person working the desk with 10-15 people waiting in line is unacceptable!

That Old man there needs to RETIRE! He is Nasty,Rude and Disrespectful to Everyone who enters that post office. Lines be so long because of him, Can't find packages and get upset when you show him proof that your packages are there. Very Nasty Customer service. Please let him go, for the community.
