Just came to do a return with shein and James at the counter was very unprofessional. I was asking a question about size and he was laughing and smirking at me for not knowing what I needed. Very unfriendly for my first time at this location, I won't be back.

I got in the post office door 1629 4/23/2024. The lady said we're closed this last person she waiting on at register I just had to pick up package from my family member that's in the army getting ready be deployed I said again mam I just have to pick a package please. We're closed good bye sir you have leave. Thanks for no customer service just do job no more no less, very sad.

Went to drop off some envelopes in the drop box around 6:30 am, returned the following day to drop off more envelopes to see the box tapes with a piece of CARDBOARD over the opening saying “DO NOT USE”.I proceed to go inside to drop off the envelopes I had and asked the lady what was the reasoning for the dropbox being taped off. She informs me that people steal from said box, I tell her I dropped of some envelopes yesterday morning and asked if the package’s were recovered from the box. She said yes and then went on this diatribe about how everyone should know not to use that particular box.My issue is if thats a common problem why not remove the box entirely or at least set up a camera or two that can monitor the activity happening in the parking lot.Im fairly certain my envelopes were stolen because I had one that had a tracking slip printed on it and it has yet to be scanned in and that was a week ago.At least attempt to secure customers packages and minimize on theft as much as possible.

Arrived well after 9 am, found it to be locked and closed. Yet, website and front door states open 9 am- 430 pm M-F. Today is Wednesday.

This place can't open on time. They punch their time card and can't open when there are scheduled. Very rude when asked about opening saying we're not ready.. They like wasting customers time like it don't matters

Your hours are posted that means you NEED to be open those hours. You have customers wanting to ship mail etc & yall need being open during those hours as posted is ridiculous! Plus taping off the blue drop box, what in the world! Short staffed or not get it together.Usps is getting worse & worse
