The worst pharmacy service I've ever had today. I have to go back a 3rd time Monday because they are charging me $11.99 for 2 Blood Pressure pills when I wouldn't have even bought them if I knew they were going to charge that amount for 2 pills

Switching everything to another pharmacy. You get told to call the pharmacy about issues with your prescription and then NO ONE answers the phone! On my day off there was an issue with my prescription, and, just to test it out, I decided to stay on hold as long as possible as often as possible while doing other things. Needless to say; I am glad I'm not charged by the minute! I was on hold that day for over 4 hours total and I did not hang up ONCE! They would obviously pick up the phone (the hold music would stop and you could hear them in the background) and hang up on me! Btw: all they needed to tell me THAT time was they do not accept my insurance anymore! I had to go up there and wait in line for them to say those words to me! That was it! They couldn't give me a courtesy call or anything. I was without a VERY important medication for 2 weeks trying to get their mess cleaned up. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed and overworked. Every time I go here, there is a line of at least 5 people waiting to be helped, and cars waiting outside as well. I will move my prescriptions elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific experience getting medication refills. The staff are inexperienced, inattentive, and lack compassion. It's very difficult to get medication refills in a timely manner, and takes an hour to get to a Pharmacy representative for questions about prescriptions. This has been going on for years!

The staff in this store are fantastic. Frankly they are the reason the store stays open. Walgreens has the worst online service I have ever seen. My wife needed two shots and I needed one. My wife scheduled the appointments on line and the site was a disaster. When she had finished or so she thought, she waited to give her opinion and was greeted with a basic out of order. When we got there, they had an appointment for me, but not for her. None of the registration Information was there, so we had to fill out new paperwork. In addition, we were told that due to a four hour down time, the pharmacy was behind on prescriptions.

I have been getting my prescriptions from Walgreens for a long time but this location has me strongly considering trying a different pharmacy. The store stays busy and seem overwhelmed almost ever visit and all I need to do is speak to a person to get a prescription entered because the automated system on the phone won't work and if you try to talk to a person the store never answers and the pharmacy automatically puts you on hold and then disconnects.

I hate to type this review, but I feel that it's a must. I have been going to this pharmacy for 8.5 months now and have had to deal with a litany of constant issues I've never had to deal with with other pharmacies. I get my mom's and my prescriptions filled here plus our vaccinations. The staff here are friendly. They work in probably the smallest space I've seen for a pharmacy.Their drive-thru mic doesn't work. So, the staff has to scream through the window, which makes the place even louder than it normally would be. This pharmacy has either far more customers than it can handle or too little staff to handle the customer load every time I go even on Sundays. This past weekend was the 2nd system outage they've had that I'm aware of and the outage lasted 3 days. So, no prescriptions were filled during the time. It took 5 visits in this past week to get a vaccination because each time I went the customer line was too long for the pharmacist or phone calls were too steep to be able to break away to deal with me. The last visit still required about a 20 minute wait before I could get my vaccine. Sometimes we get alerts stating that our meds are ready, but when I arrive, they really aren't. I'm switching pharmacies this week as I've run out of patience.

People argue at the pick up window....On and ON and On about the same issue 10 x. The staff need to tell people to move on if their prescription is at WALMART and not WALGREENS. not a 20 minute discussion Hate this pharmacy due to lack of efficiency at the window

If you have to wait for Rx, go home watch a movie, then return it MIGHT be ready. Also don't you love where the medicine is made, see photo. Do you trust Walgreens?? Ha
