Drive thru, if open, can take over 15 minutes. Long lines inside.So far my first delivery has taken over 3 days.Can't win here.

No one in pharmacy answers the phone at any time of the time. They pick up and hang up. I've had multiple calls ignored today throughout various times of the day. Front desk answers no problem. Transfers me to the pharmacy. And I get hung up on after a few minutes of being on hold. This is ridiculous.

Presently, drive thru is horrible. It seems you have to wait to long.

Poor customer service. The front staff usually give the impression that you are there to bother them. Inaccuracies in medication dispensing. They issue medications in the same class. Phone service is extremely poor. Very long wait times.

I switched to Walgreens thinking it would be better than CVS. I was wrong. They don't take my insurance and didn't even call me to tell me. So I'm waiting on my prescription for my son and I'm almost out of his medication. I can deal with it at home but I can't send him to school without it. They could have at least called me and the white lady on the phone was rude. What is up with these rude pharmacy people. I did not know they did not take my insurance I have used that pharmacy before years ago. Anyway heres hoping the next one is better. I just want to pick up my prescription without any issues it is not that hard. Can we just get a kiosk so we don't have to take to anyone?

Hour and a half long wait for a shot that I had an appointment and had pre-filled all required paperwork for. Time was the only thing that mattered to me and it was abused. Otherwise a clean and well-stocked store.

They need to honestly just close this pharmacy. Don't bother coming to get prescriptions if you've only got thirty minutes. It takes at LEAST an hour to get through the line with a bunch of people working the register. I'm thankful I'm moving my prescriptions from this place. It's awful.

Every time I go here to get my prescriptions they are extremely rude. Don't bother calling because they will continue to hang up on you or give you attitude. The inside of the store is usually nice but the people there are rude. Multiple times I have used the app to try and ship my medications as I work constantly and have almost no time to come in, every time without fail- the day they are supposed to ship they are immediately canceled for no reason. I cannot stress this enough- go to a different pharmacy. Only come here if you want to find something inside that's not the pharmacy.

I visited this Walgreens in regards to FedEx shipping. Both times I visited, the staff were helpful and friendly in helping me. Great customer service.

I frequent this Walgreens often but am typically disappointed with the service. Today I had a FedEx package to drop off and they prominently post this in their store as does FedEx. However, when I took my package in they told me they aren't currently accepting ground packages. I'll be finding myself another pharmacy to avoid the frustrating experiences.

Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Over 40mins on multiple occasions on phone. Half the time they end up hanging up. The store is filthy, the staff are rude and unprofessional in the Pharmacy. They cancel orders when they can only partially fill with no notice. I don't want to mess around chasing stuff I HAVE TO HAVE. I require insulin to live. So I suggest going to the other pharmacy across the road. I certainly do now.

Good news for all of you tired of waiting in those long, slow lines at this Walgreens Pharmacy. After yet another horrible experience today, you will no longer be stuck in line behind me. After waiting for over 45 minutes and someone behind me complained I was the first person to be waited on by the manager who was ticked off about having to do some work & treated me rudely and abruptly like I was an inconvenience instead of a respected customer. Any question I had was responded to dismissively like she couldn't wait to get rid of me. Horrible person. My lifelong response to this kind of treatment is to vote with my feet. I drove from there across the street to the CVS, bright, clean, modern and friendly. Maybe if enough of you follow my example they will close this place down, gut it and put in a nice restaurant. Everybody needs to have a dream. Adios.

The 1 Star is for the customers complaining about having to get out of their cars.......what a JOKE!! For all of you people waiting in your cars.......get out of them and come in side. I get tired of hearing your sob stories of having to wait in a long drive thru line. Are your legs broke. For crying out loud!!!! Pitiful !!!

This pharmacy is SLOW !!!Unfortunately for those of us that need our prescriptions filled, expect a 10-20 minute wait per vehicle.Regardless of having two drive-thru lanes, the pharmacy techs, only use one lane at a time by alternating back and forth.Maybe they are unable to multi-task.
