Very rude pharmacy tech who kept me on hold over 15-minutes. She instructed me to come in as she “tried’ to put it through my secondary insurance. When I arrived to pick up my medication she acknowledged me but walked without saying anything. After waiting at the counter for awhile, I finally asked her what was going on with my prescription. She told me to sit down as it still had not been put through my secondary insurance. As I waited she yelled at the computer several times hitting the keys over and over, “it’s not working!”Finally another tech behind the counter was able to put it through successfully. She never explained the issue or apologized for my wait. I will be changing to another Pharmacy as they show me a lack of respect and demonstrate they don’t want my business. I’ll let my money do the walking…

Waited on hold for over 30 minutes just for nobody to answer and then they hung up on me. I literally have to drive there just to ask for a refill on my medication,Or to ask if it’s even available. Do better, Walgreens….

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy department. The pharmacy tech was caught in a couple of lies, that I verified with another Walgreens pharmacist. She didn't offer any assistance on finding another local Walgreens for me to pick up my medication, which is something they are capable of doing, which has been done for me in the past, especially when this pharmacy was at fault, and had me contact my physicians for authorizations that were already provided and approved. I will never return to this location. However, I will say that some of the workers are very polite and greet you.

My one year needs his medication it is detrimental to his life. Every single time I call this location they answer just to place me on hold and then allowing the call to disconnect. Then the surprise the pharmacy I guess changed their hours but the website says other wise listing until 10 pm. I understand this industry can be heavy but please do not take it out on us because the lack of customer service at this location is highly upsetting.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Currently been on hold for well over almost an hour and a half to talk to a pharmacy tech about an RX I ordered 4 days ago. Called yesterday to inquire about, was on hold for 40 minutes, wasn't told what was wrong or why it was taking so long, yet told me it would be ready yesterday after 2pm...and here we are 630pm today. It's like no one cares at Walgreens. This isn't the first, second or third time this problem has occurred when everything on my end is in order. I've never been unreasonable, and always been patient and considerate, but now I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone, and I will be spreading the word about how ridiculous my situation is. Not even the DMV was ever THIS horrid in terms of customer service, and that speaks volumes. I'm changing pharmacies immediately.

Was just on hold for 25 minutes. I could hear it ring and then I was put back on hold. Then the call disconnected. I am transferring from CVS where I waited one hour in line. This isn't much better. I hope your companies become less ableist - for those who do not have infinite time and energy to waste.

Walgreens needs to value there clientele and their time. Hire enough staff to properly manage the drive-thru or just get out of prescription services.

One of the best Walgreen Pharmacy’s on the East Coast. I have to travel the East Coast for my job as a Boat Captain and often times when it’s time to fill my medication I am at work therefore my prescriptions are out of State and most Walgreens give me a hard time witch is unjustified because I have been filling the same medication at the same Drug Store Franchise since 2009. This Walgreens have ALWAYS made my experience as easy as possible and I’m very grateful for that. God Bless

As a person who deals in only online banking I was delighted to find that(CHIME) my bank chose "Walgreens " as a dedicated fee free place to make cash deposit or loading as its called. I always used Walgreens as my place when it was 4.95 . I can honestly say the Frederick blvd Walgreens has made every single interaction a seamless and pleasant experience. As always this will continue to be my go to walgreens to trust with my business.

If I couldGive a negative review I would absolute most horriblePharmacy I ever been too… been on hold for over an hour for something I need to breathe go to store and you stand in line for 30 mins to an hour but yet they have about 6 ppl working but there all in back while one person runs around the store doing fromt counter and drive thru yyyyyy is this ok I’mSwitching pharmacy and never going ba k here again

Every time i try to fill my prescriptions there is a problem that i have to call the store about but i wait on hold for 15+ minutes. Now today we have COVID and the pharmacy is temporarily closed and i cant get ahold of ANYBODY else in the store to find out when they'll open. The one person who answered on the general store line cut me off and transfered me to the CLOSED pharmacy where nobody could answer. We can't go in store because I dont want to get anybody else sick but we desperstely need these medications and can't even get them because of this. This place is absolutely horrible.

Switching everything to another pharmacy. You get told to call the pharmacy about issues with your prescription and then NO ONE answers the phone! On my day off there was an issue with my prescription, and, just to test it out, I decided to stay on hold as long as possible as often as possible while doing other things. Needless to say; I am glad I'm not charged by the minute! I was on hold that day for over 4 hours total and I did not hang up ONCE! They would obviously pick up the phone (the hold music would stop and you could hear them in the background) and hang up on me! Btw: all they needed to tell me THAT time was they do not accept my insurance anymore! I had to go up there and wait in line for them to say those words to me! That was it! They couldn't give me a courtesy call or anything. I was without a VERY important medication for 2 weeks trying to get their mess cleaned up. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed and overworked. Every time I go here, there is a line of at least 5 people waiting to be helped, and cars waiting outside as well. I will move my prescriptions elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific experience getting medication refills. The staff are inexperienced, inattentive, and lack compassion. It's very difficult to get medication refills in a timely manner, and takes an hour to get to a Pharmacy representative for questions about prescriptions. This has been going on for years!
