This is absolutely the worst Pharmacy in the area they close at random for who knows what reason constantly running out of medications that I get refilled every month it's been 6 days since my prescription was called in and I've heard nothing but excuses they should just shut the doors permanently

Called pharmacy and they kept picking up the phone and for a moment I’d hear them complain and then they’d put me back on hold. This went on for about 15 minutes. Then it gave me an automated message and hung up.
If they’d at least spoken to me, and asked me to hold, I wouldn’t be here writing this; but here we are.

I didn’t want to give them any star ! if I could write a million reviews I would. It takes 3 days to fill a prescription with a quantity of 14 ? here is the funny part when you try to find out why on day one the app say it’s ready … the teller: the app is wrong .. me: ok well where is it? the teller: we are running behind about 200 scripts it’s gonna be a few .. me? blank stare? teller : yea so you gonna have to come back me: lol first off i drove here gas not cheap. you didn’t apologize ghetto pharmacy. you didn’t say when to come back. i need a manager at this point. ghetto 2 comes to the window. manager: it will be ready tomorrow by 2 sorry for the inconvenience me: she was so bland and unwilling and caring i drove off bc at this point I know me … can you guess what happened next? i came back after 2 the next day and my medication still wasn’t ready sooo fast forward.. 3rd day around 5ish it was ready. only reason i am stuck here is because of a certain medication my doctor can only write at this particular location that is near me once i find another location i am transferring asap
pls don’t waste your time! concern customer

Waited in line for an hour to get medication for my daughter. When I finally get to the counter I’m told they can’t give me her medicine because they can’t jump other people that have not gotten theirs.
I watched 7+ seniors go up and get turned away.
Do not use this Walgreens, ran by incompetent people with horrible policies.

Am in line at the pharmacy for the past 45 minutes. I have came and left the last couple of days because of the wait. Going to wait because I need this prescription. Please hire mor people. I am 63 years old and the people behind me are also senior citizens.

I see why Walgreens is shutting down 1200 stores and this location should be the first of 500 to shut down. If I could give these sorry excuses for technicians no stars I would. Every time we have a prescription sent here, they never have it ready or available. Today a prescription of mine was sent in at 930 am, I’ve been to location three times today (each time told it was processing), only to be told at 740pm that it is actually on back order. Luckily for them I’m not a violent individual because I am in pain, have been waiting all day for muscle relaxers, and there excuse that they weren’t the technicians who failed to properly inform me earlier has really had me consider throat chopping someone. Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is just ludicrous and deserves an immediate review of their practices and accountability.

My husband had hernia operation went to fill they said insurance wasn't right I said I'd pay then they said it would take awhile. They closed at 9 never filled it but I called the doctor before that and had it sent to Walmart they immediately filled it. Walgreens also had very rude employees even the pharmacist.
My granddaughter had emergency C-section and had to have shots when she went home for blood clots. My daughter had to demand to have it filled before they closed because they had it for 3 hours and hadn't filled it. That was so dangerous if she didn't get it. WTH is up with Walgreens even the corporate office has bad reviews

Not once have I ever had a successful experience at this location. Trying to get medication or complete FedEx pickups every single time I show up to this location. They act like they've never received anything in my name and it takes a full 48 hours before they recognize the difference. Unless this is quite literally the only option you have for service do not use this location

Worst place to get prescriptions processed if you have a drug for Pain Mgmnt…am looking forward until I can change my Prescription insurance as to Not have to go to Walgreens…
The store itself is great as are the Associates…
Jeff, one of the Pharmacists is Super Nice and understanding, but another Pharmacist isn’t so Nice or Understanding and rude…so is one of the
Pharmacy techs….I wont call out their names for fear of retribution…just do yourself a favor…GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!!

Can’t deliver prescriptions when promised. After calling to remedy, was told they would be ready later that day. No such luck. Finally got notification they were ready, went to pick up and got there three minutes prior to what lunch hours used to be. Got turned away. Really? The only time schedule you’re going to meet is your lunch break??? Nope, done with this place.
