Getting 4 stars because it’s a good grocery store, but minus one star because they’ve always got solicitors outside. It’s not just this location, all Giants allow solicitors, but this Giant does it more than any others I’ve known. Seriously, if it’s not the Girl Scouts, don’t let them set up shop there, lol.

Well I went in for a few items this morning and when I was checking out through the auto tellers, it started acting weird, saying help on the way..
So the rep came over barking that I had done something wrong. First off don't come over to me being inexcusably rude saying I did something wrong when it was the system that failed. I told her dont assume and don't accuse a customer
She still had attitude saying I was wrong blah blah..
It was unacceptable RUDENESS by her and wont be tolerated.
I simply was trying to check out like I normally do and was faced with poor customer service and beligerance

I wouldn’t let these people fill my dog’s prescription, much less my own. Rude, unprofessional, and non-knowledgeable. I waited a week for a prescription to have them
tell me they can’t fill it and to call my doctor because “they did their job.” Will not be returning here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Shoutout to the lady I spoke to on the phone but she said they had a certain medication available but the pharmacist are very picky to who they give it too and they often reject prescriptions, and when my prescription was sent, I was told they are sold out when I know they had it available .. so I’d avoid this pharmacy at all costs, dishonest practices.. don’t waste ur time with this one and go to the other pharmacy’s nearby, but the girl who warned me about them is definitely a good person, so thanks to her!

very friendly staffs, job done very nice. they helped me until my insurance and voucher issue being resolved. They consistently communicated with me to update every step which I really appreciate because I saw by my own eyes and heard from the news that pharmacy people are very exhausted nowadays due to severe shortage on labor.

Deli needs to pick out bones and cartilage from chicken salad. Dangerous choking hazard. Would have never seen them in a sandwich and am lucky I was using a fork.Store is otherwise clean and employees helpful and friendly.

Giant's prices are way too high. Even with inflation. Store is very clean though and well stocked and the pharmacy hardly ever makes a mistake.

Such a nice and friendly staff. Never had any issues with my prescriptions. They have the nicest pharmacists ever. Highly recommend pharmacy.

After visiting Urgent Care this past weekend, I was on the hunt for a pharmacy that could fill a prescription and although my normal Giant is in Ashburn Village saw the one in Cascades and called the pharmacy to check on availability. Very quick response and positive and so went into the pharmacy and although only staffed by 2 (including the pharmacist) my prescription was quickly filled. Very courteous and efficient. Kudos.
