“I scheduled an expensive repair with Kidd that another mechanic said I needed.
Kidd was honest, they told me I didn't need the repair and saved me $1300. All I actually needed was an alignment and two new front tires.
I have frequently found, if you're female mechanics like to quote you work you don't need. Finding someone honest is a rare and beautiful thing. I'll never go anywhere else.

“7 stars if I could. I was from out of town, in dire straits, and they got me on the road again. I had a nail in my tire, and they responded quickly and urgently as if my problem was also their problem. It wasn’t my car (company car). Christina worked quickly to get the repair approved and jumped through all of the hoops. They didn’t even have the tire my car needed. They bought one from a nearby company and retrieved the tire and installed it within a few hours. All staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!”

“I own a 2017 AUDI A4 Quattro AWD 2.OT. I was having an issue with a red triangle with an exclamation on my dash. Josh found out that it was the Parking Lock Selenoid. The wires were chaffing. He had my car back to me in no time & is very reasonable with what he charges. I trust him wholeheartedly. He is very easy going & very nice & polite. I also developed a misfire & Josh found out it was my spark plugs. They had never been changed & a couple of the ignition coils springs were really bad. 1 of the plugs he only used his fingers to loosen it. Again its fixed and running like a dream. He's my mechanic from now on. He's absolutely wonderful!!!”
“I was in town for the Thanksgiving weekend with family. My transmission quit on me 350 miles from home on Thanksgiving day, got it to the shop at 1 on Black Friday. I had to leave to come home on Saturday. These guys stayed late on a holiday weekend, and opened up on their day off to give me my truck fully repaired.
