I believe I have reviewed when I first started here and all I can say is wow . They continue to wow me with kindness, great people , their haste with intake, privacy even . The people are very dedicated to genuinely helping others get in recovery as well. I was even able to meet with a psychiatrist via zoom but she spend more than ample amount time it takes to truly speak to and get to know a person. I continue to be impressed with crossroads and their resources. If you’re looking for a place that will get you medicated right away then set your appointment at a reasonable hour of the day with cool ass non judgmental people then look no further this is where you cross that road ! /;-)

I was accused of having ocycodone and other drugs that was not in my system and they accused 6 other people was told the same thing would not let him c the drug test cup check all patients for that day and u will c they was giving the same results to every one ocydone in every one's sum will b back a lot not will b back they r frauding to get more money for weekly test he said if he come back he.ll bring his own drug test because thair was errors in thaie tests they need investigated need his month supply back also because he was done wrong

The dc, nurse, receptionist and counselors are all very knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth, they go that extra step to help.

It’s a MAT program. If you want suboxone or subtex they got em. But they don’t have anything else. They will no treat mental health, general medical issues, and they do not give the HepC treatment either which makes no sense. However, the people that work there are nice and they are all in recovery themselves or have loved ones in addiction/refovery.

Great treatment center, all personnel are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend crossroads to anyone that really wants to get better.

I really am impressed that for after 6 years of being clean off all drugs that I am starting to get my Life back and in order I really am grateful to Crossroads for believing in me and Trusting my Word about being really Clean on my drug tests and not so quick to Judge from a false positive because tests can and do mess up all the time and even back from years ago i had them to fail for the state of Va. But I am really grateful that the doctors and councilor's are so easy to talk to and actually care not everyone is Bad that really means everything to me and my health I am so glad that I came and joined here so that i can be a part of my kids Life they really Love there daddy and everything I do to stay clean is for them and my family thanks
