I recently visited the Quick Lane and Tire Center at Freedom Ford Dealership in Claypool Hill, VA, and my experience was outstanding. The efficiency and professionalism of the staff were impressive, providing quick and reliable service for my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable. The team at Quick Lane demonstrated a high level of expertise in handling tire services and other automotive needs. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the convenience and quality service provided by the Quick Lane and Tire Center at Freedom Ford.

Went in for an oil change, drained transmission fluid by mistake spent over 4 hours no one said sorry just said you got a free transmission fluid change also bought a battery none of the interior lights worked had to got to toyota dealer and reset everything the worst

Checking on a wheel that was damaged by Walmart. The rim itself was ok but the damaged skin cover was damaged. They were very helpful and awesome with the service.

Clean waiting room. All new people waiting on me.Service was fast and accurate. Willing to listen to suggestions. Staff tried hard to make it a pleasant visit. Didn't have to wait as long as I have had to do in the past.

My wife had the oil changed and needed an inspection sticker. Tech said the vehicle needed brake pads on front and rear before it would pass. They quoted her 400 dollars labor and parts for pads which is outrageous to begin with. Wife declined and brought the vehicle home. Upon inspection when i came home from work all of the lug nuts and lug nut recesses on all 4 wheels were still covered in dirt. Now I'm not rocket scientist but how does one check pads in that detail without removing wheels.Service: Oil change
