They were awesome, I originally had them order a belt for my mower and come to find out, it was the wrong belt. I was able to return it and they were able to get the right belt on order. They were great throughout the whole thing, keep up the great work.

I called in today to check to see if they had any of the Friskies Lil Soups catfood because it's super hard to find it in the flavor that I need. It's sold out everywhere I go. The guy that answered the call immediately went right to the isle to check, and sadly they were out but he went as far as to see when a shipment of my exact flavor would be there and put me down for a raincheck and a phone call when they got it in stock. How wonderful is that!!!! Such a nice and courteous gentleman. He went above and beyond for me even though I was unable to get what I needed today. I shop in this location quite often and I have to say this impressed me. I wish I had remembered his name, but I called around 3pm if that helps to figure out who this wonderful employee is. Thank you so much, I will be there soon for that catfood.

I didnt know Tractor Supply Co. Was so hard up here in Pounding Mill, VA. That they were hiring ladies who's first name started with a C and had tattoos on their arms that think drinking Alcoholic Twisted Tea's were company policy while checking customers and retired P.O's out on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 around 7:30pm was ok. Maybe Yall need to go over yalls employee list and re-do peoples drug/alcohol tests, instead! Just a thought!!!

Hailey (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) is an amazing associate!
We went to the Bluefield WV location at 9 am today but the store manager made it extremely obvious that he wasn't interested in our business! He said there was no delivery but "maybe the $500 shipping fee would be worth it to us"... We were buying a riding mower, safe, and a few other kind of pricey items. The Bluefield location and the Pounding Mill location are about the same distance from our home so we decided to go to a different location. Hailey has an old soul! She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted AND GET IT DELIVERED!
She displayed the best customer service I've seen (she is super young too!! ) in YEARS!
When we need something from tractor supply, we'll be going back to that location and looking for Hailey because she is genuinely amazing!!!

There is this one particular girl that works there every time you ask for propane she will lie and say we are out or give you another excuse so they don't have to mess with it. That's there job.do it or work somewhere else. Every time you go in she's doing nothing but on her cell phone.

It was wonderful..best cashier ever..however,there was one weird guy that was peeking his head around from the isle looking me at and it freakes me out but I quickly learned that he was trying to be incognito to see if I was maybe taking something.. It is such a good thing for The employees and owner to watch their customers because theft has a part to play in the cost of items rising ...However he needs to be a little less creepy or actually learn how to be incognito

Always has my horse and pig ? food in stock of not they go to the back to get it.. but they are 2 women that work there one is manager and they are hateful and rude!
