“Had some work done, then noticed the bumper wasn't looking right. The sales manager thought someone hit out bumper and that's what caused their original work to have had an issue. They repaired it anyway and I was on my way. Very good customer service. No one wants to visit a body shop, but if you need to, you can feel confident bringing it here.”

“Had a great experience with this local company. Their team had great communication and very friendly service. I highly suggest them instead of going with the bigger company that seems to get most of the business.”

“When I was recently looking for a local Euro repair shop to work with once the warranty ran out on my VW, I had the great fortune to cross paths with Perception Motor Werks. I took my car in for an issue that another shop really tried, but could not identify. Well, I was pleased when the team at Perception was able to alleviate the problem. While there an oil change was performed and my water pump was found to be leaking. This is where Perception sets themselves far apart from most shops. They could have tried to sell me the job but they did not. Rather they informed me about an extended warranty that VW was offering and even printed out the information for me to take to VW to have the water pump replaced. VW did the repairs and my car is ready for years to come. You just don't see that level of honesty and service many places these days. I believe I have found my new Euro shop! Thank you Perception.”

“Excellent service. My friend recommended Powhatan Auto Repair when my a/c went out in my car. Each person I spoke with was friendly and professional. My car was repaired the same day. The cost was below what I had expected. It's a forty-five minute drive for me but it is worth it to have a trustworthy shop work on my car.”

“I bought a weatherstripping kit online for my 2011 CRV - came with NO instructions. So I went to Shores (recommended by my guys at Progressive Auto around the corner) - they scheduled it with me and had the tool and the experience to do it and did it in about 20 minutes. Great work and friendly staff!”

“I’ve been using Salisbury Tire for my car maintenance for a while. I got an oil change and state inspection done. While there they pointed out that one of my belts had cracks and needed to be replaced along with another general repair. I appreciate how they look out for my maintenance needs and how they also take the time to reach out to me to check on how things are doing with my car.”

“We just moved to Powhatan from out of state and needed to get car inspections done. Not knowing anyone, or anywhere to go, we obviously went to Google. I want to thank everyone who has left a positive review here, because that's ultimately why we went to Anderson Automotive. From the initial phone call to set up appointments, to entering the building for the first time, everyone was kind, helpful, and supportive. It's clear they know their customers and care for their customers. I appreciate the quickness, and the offer to change the oil (as we definitely needed that done) without trying to get extra add-ons. I will definitely be back! Hopefully not too soon, but soon enough! :)”

“Very helpful and courteous, they offered excellent recommendations for where to find other affordable and reliable repair shops for various needs (exhaust work, etc.) more than once. Every time I have been to All Good Automotive they have been honest and dependable. It's hard to find mechanic shops like this one nowadays. I highly recommend them!”

“One of the best if not, the best mechanics in the Richmond area would drive out of state just to come here. I had my grandmother‘s car examined at Firestone and they told me it would be $2000 to fix her car. I took it here and it was only 50 bucks because they told me what needed to be fixed at Firestone was not necessary at all. Thank you to the Lewellyns for being honest and hard-working mechanics.”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago. "I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
