“When I was recently looking for a local Euro repair shop to work with once the warranty ran out on my VW, I had the great fortune to cross paths with Perception Motor Werks. I took my car in for an issue that another shop really tried, but could not identify. Well, I was pleased when the team at Perception was able to alleviate the problem. While there an oil change was performed and my water pump was found to be leaking. This is where Perception sets themselves far apart from most shops. They could have tried to sell me the job but they did not. Rather they informed me about an extended warranty that VW was offering and even printed out the information for me to take to VW to have the water pump replaced. VW did the repairs and my car is ready for years to come. You just don't see that level of honesty and service many places these days. I believe I have found my new Euro shop! Thank you Perception.”

I had my grandmother‘s car examined at Firestone and they told me it would be $2000 to fix her car. I took it here and it was only 50 bucks because they told me what needed to be fixed at Firestone was not necessary at all. Thank you to the Lewellyns for being honest and hard-working mechanics.”

“Had some work done, then noticed the bumper wasn't looking right. The sales manager thought someone hit out bumper and that's what caused their original work to have had an issue.
They repaired it anyway and I was on my way. Very good customer service. No one wants to visit a body shop, but if you need to, you can feel confident bringing it here.”
