Your American flag is on the wrong side of the Virginia flag. As viewed from the front looking at the building it should be on the left. It is not. I called the bank a week ago to notify the staff and I noticed they did not correct it yet.

My parents have several accounts with the Powhatan Branch and I must say the care and attention they show each and every person that enters their door is just incredible. I especially want to mention Leslie A who has been a godsent during a difficult time in my family's life. She is A+.

I have been banking here since 7/08 and by comparison to other banks I have used, the customer service here is superb! The associates answer my questions thoroughly and have gone above and beyond what is required with service.

We've been doing our business banking here for years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love walking in the door & being greeted by name. It's not just a bank— they really make you feel like a friend or part of the family.
