PSA: Do NOT order from Herff Jones for graduation announcements. They screwed up my daughter’s graduation announcements. They didn’t put the location of where she is going to be graduating. I filled in all of the blanks required, and since this place was recommended by the college, I assumed the rest would be taken care of properly. Wasted $160.

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately you have no choice but to use them for cap and gown. Ordered online in November and only got a confirmation email. I received an email from them in Feb that a rep would be at the school soon and to follow a link for dates. The school website said it would be shipped to your home. So I had no idea what was right. My daughter needed her cap and gown for an event in March and other people told her they had already received their cap and gown. So I called and found out it was supposed to be shipped to my house, but never was. They had to pull it now. I had to drive 40 minutes there and back to pick up during their short business hours. When I asked to be refunded for shipping they gave me some run around about how the handling is on every order even when shipped to their office. They didn't even pull it until I called! Then said they wished I would have called sooner and they would have gotten it to me. I guess I should not have relied on the fact that people should be doing their job and now I'm out gas and time for doing theirs.

Customer service! WOW>>> Ordered invitations, did not get them (was told as I ordered late it was my fault), then when I said I received everything else, they said well, they thought it was sent to the school. The bookeeper is who I spoke with. I am getting refunded, but we are days away from graduation with only a few things from our order rather than all we paid for (note the invitations were preprinted, thus could have easily been thrown in with the two packages they sent - also, they send everything via US mail, so it takes several days, there is no tracking - even class rings! I had to fight them in 2020 when my daughter's class ring never arrived. SAVE $ - print your own at a local store, or look on etsy.
