I wasn't impressed with this store. They had the same feeds that you would find at Southern States or TSC, but much more expensive. We bought a few different birds from here, and I definitely won't be coming back. There's something about a person who snatches the birds while trying to pick three up in one hand. I definitely think that the trauma of shipment doesn't need to be exacerbated by rough handling during purchase. We didn't have very much luck with keeping our birds alive. I lost all my turkeys and a goose from here. We replaced the turkeys from another place and all 11, they shipped one extra, of them are thriving and very attached to us. I also didn't like the condescending questions on whether I knew how to handle my birds when I went to pick them up. I grew up on a farm where I had to feed all the different animals when I was 5, and have had my own farm for over a year with various different birds. This place will definitely be getting a pass from me in the future.

Great family owned farm and feed! They have just about anything you need and best of all they know how to utilize it all! The knowledge advice is the most precious thing there and it is free! They have the best laying hens, I wish not so many people know it now.... I have to plan ahead when I need a couple more girls!
