Uses substandard parts, even for remanufactured parts. Spent almost $5K on repairs and they didn't even last a year. What a waste of money. The poor quality parts were verified by another mechanic. Communication is terrible and repair times depend on whether his guy shows up with whatever crap part he is installing your vehicle. Wouldn't even trust him for an oil change. Avoid at all costs.
