came in to get a new battery (4 yo one barely got me started when heading there) - Jacob was a great help - even came out and installed in 2011 CR-V - had to fight a frozen nut on hold down but found when getting the opposite one loose he could get the battery out.

2 years ago advance Auto lost my business when they would not change my battery because there is a bracket in my Tahoe that must be removed to install the new battery. The O'Reilly's in Chesterfield gladly sold me a battery and installed it. I went to this Powhatan location today because the battery is not holding a charge and they gladly replaced it under warranty. Same great service here, and I'm a loyal O'Reilly's customer now!

went in looking for a new tire shine. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and guided me to a great product. first time in the store and was very impressed with the customer service and selection!
