I had a great experience! I was able to drop off my car and have the oil changed, headlights replaced, and a full inspection—all completed the same day. I picked my car up at the end of the workday with everything taken care of. I also appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment within the same week. Super convenient and great service!

I'm just gonna say it. This place is the best. Lots of people can switch a tire. These guys were different. We were camping up the road at Powhatan State Park and our trailer tire needed an emergency replacement. These guys had us in and out in less than an hour for two tires on VETERANS DAY!!!!! Not only that but the customer service was top tier. The service tech (maybe manager) took the time to explain signs and symptoms of wear, blowout and other issues. He proceeded to replace the tires and took the time to explain what he did, what pressures he filled to, the new high pressure stems he put in, and what foot/pounds he torqued everything down to. Again, Ive never gotten better service. Come see these guys. I'll be back next time I need tires...I'll just schedule a camping trip around it.

We ran into a hiccup camping nearby; MaKenzie was delightful on the phone and had what we needed in STOCK! She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great Service Place with a calm waiting room with free got coffee.

Always a pleasure to do a business with such a well run service. From the front office to the repair bays you will be greeted with a smile, a honest discussion and suggestions, and finished on time. Been taking our cars there since we moved to the RVA area 9 years ago!

Pulled in, had a slow leak right front tire. They were so accommodating and willing to squeeze me in. In and out in 20 minutes. Great, great great Customer Service.

Very knowledgeable staff and had me in and out within 45 minutes. They made sure to discuss optional maintenance from required maintenance so I felt they were fair and upfront.

Powhatan tire always provides fast and knowledgeable service. They check my vehicle for any needed repairs or service and advise accordingly. Very friendly and helpful.

Got 4 tires for the truck. More than fair $...including the rotate/balance package. Alignment took a couple of tries (and some aftermarket parts).
The Alignment is a success.
Very happy with all the staff/techs at Powhatan Tire. They will shoot you straight, and are atop of their game.
Will definitely continue this relationship.

Had a good experience. Easily made appointment, dropped my truck off the day before. Got a text with needed work and picked truck up after work. The associates I talk with were all very nice.

They have always been very helpful on getting my vehicle repaired quick the lady at the front desk has always been very nice to me and helpful and they always let me know what needs done to keep my vehicles running good
