I go to the gym here everyday at lunch time, it's a friendly family atmosphere with some of the nicest people ever. Highly recommended for the daily gym goer

Solid Gym, and Community! Super old school, feels like somewhere Rocky would workout. The guy running it Zack, You can tell he cares about the gym, and does a good job of keeping clean.

I always have a great wrestling practice here, Coaches push me to my limits- which is a good thing.
