I've been using Progressive for several years now and have been most satisfied with the service and advise provided by Eddie and Cody. In most cases I wait for a short maintenance in their sitting area that is nice and comfortable. Any questions I ask have been professionally answered. All costs I feel are appropriate and fair.

I had previously thought highly of Progressive until this most recent experience. They provided very poor communication, very little effort, and displayed poor integrity while they had our vehicle that we brought in for a MaxCare claim. While they had our vehicle, they failed to notify us that they were no longer working with MaxCare, even though they had my car for over two weeks!! I picked up our car and brought it to another shop that could deliver on simple tasks. Very disappointed.

Eddie and his team are a no-nonsense, transparent group. I have had my vehicle serviced there multiple times. They do great work and do a great job at explaining along the way. I have never felt like they tried to sell me on more work than needed to be done. I go to Eddie and his team at Progressive for every repair now.

My husband and I always take our vehicles to Progressive Auto Works. We trust Eddie and Cody to always repair what is only needed and they don't charge for repairs that aren't necessary. They care about their customers and the work that they may have to do on our vehicles, We wouldn't take our vehicles to anyone else. We highly recommend Progressive Auto Works.

Have been taking my cars to Eddie for 25+ years - no complaints at all - have used the loaner car(s) multiple times, schedule to make sure one is available (just put the gas back in). Whoever is giving bad reviews must be confused or malicious.
