Extremely helpful staff. I believe the employee name was Kershaw. She looked into two of my delayed packages from the Richmond Distribution Center. She took my tracking numbers and called back promptly and left a voicemail update when I was unable to get to the phone. Overall great experience at this post office!

Over the top workers are so nice and friendly watched them offer to carry an older lady’s package to car without being asked and when I dropped Amazon package in mail by mistake the supervisor took it to an Amazon drop box but automated phone service is awful Keeps repeating and won’t let you speak to agent DONT CALL...

Still a "hometown" post office. In 17 years I've only had an issue with 1 package, which was immediately resolved.
