Was super easy to rent a storage unit online, easy to gain access to it as well as easy to put the lock I purchased thru them on it!

This is my first time renting a storage as I’m moving out of my dorm room. The process was so smooth and I was able to do everything online and submit all of the required documents online. The unit was clean and Ms. Misteee was so helpful when I had questions! Thanks so much for great customer service.

I got my storage unit today. I needed to clear up some space asab apartment and was freaking out about it having to wait until tomorrow. I spoke with Mistee Scott who was great with helping me, very quickly! ..she made sure it was possible for me to be able to start using my unit today ??

Family owned & operated and they are SO KIND! So helpful, helped us figure out what would work best for us. This is our first time renting a storage unit and I read reviews etc and chose to go with American Eagle based on reviews and I have NO REGRETS! So friendly! ?
