Crossroad Ford has dangerously inadequate fraud controls. I found out this morning that someone was able to purchase a truck, under my name, and roll it off their lot roughly ten days ago. I live in New York. Have never stepped foot in Prince George, VA. Never purchased a car from them. Ford Finance has been fantastic and is trying to help us, while this dealership has decided to be unproductive and is more interested in covering up their incompetence and the fraud that occurred under their watch in their dealership. I would not trust providing this dealer with any of your personal information. If they are unwilling to help solve a fraud matter they helped facilitate, you can rest assured they will not take care of your own personal financial security.

This ford dealership has the WORST customer service, their attendants in customer service are seriously Rude and unhelpful! It's like you are the problem for showing up with the vehicle you bought for them. If I could give them negative stars, I would! They aren't the only Ford dealership, just the closest. But I'll be driving hours, if necessary, to get service for this vehicle. I regret buying this vehicle from this dealership, and I plan to tell everyone I know and run into how HORRIBLE the service is at this dealership.

BAIT AND SWITCH, They made an offer at 10am this morning and by 2pm they emailed back and said they made a $20,000 mistake. What a disgusting dealership to treat a veteran and military retiree like this. They need to get some ethics.

Had such a great experience here! Tyler Rolle took care of us with all the preparation to order our Ford Lightning and he couldn't have been more courteous and respectful. Anticipated our needs and answered all our questions with the utmost professionalism. Ask for him when you go and he'll take care of you, we highly recommend him!

I have called every day for four days at least three times a day. Left voicemails and everything to get my vehicle in the shop and no one returns my calls until I called the service manager. Which I got a call back from the advisor; I gave the information to the advisor an hour later and still no call back and still no appointment set up. If you need your vehicle worked on or serviced, seek elsewhere!

I requested a quote to replace the fuel pump in a 2001 Grand Marquis which requires the lowering of the gas tank in order to replace the pump. After a short wait a lady gave me an estimate of "$850.00, and maybe a little more". I then contacted another company and was given an estimate of $500 to $750. After that I requested an estimate from my normal mechanic in Hopewell and he replaced the pump "and the fuel filter" for a total $248.39. My message: Be especially wary of new car dealers when scheduling repairs not covered by warranty! Copy of my receipt for $248.39 available if requested.

I took my Mustang there because it had an airbag recall notice. It took less than an hour for them to take care of it. Nice people there also.

Our family was stranded while traveling. We got towed to the dealership who told us it would be days before they could help us. Mr. McBrearty went above and beyond. He stayed after his shift was over until closing to get us back on the road. Truly a blessing to our family.

Lots of booze, unfortunately it's a government monopoly. The employees are state employees and hard liquor for bars must be bought here. Are the prices competitive? You gotta drive to Maryland to see. On US 301 there's a liquor store heaven across the Potomac.

shuttle service is very slow. customer service said "i don't know" and "it depends " when asked the time frame estimate. been hour and half just for shuttle.

Ridiculous! Decided to get my truck washed after the express lane and the service writer said "they can get you right I " 1 1/2 hours later still waiting ABSOLUTELY INSANE! I just moved here and have 2 dodge vehicles that would have came here regularly, but now... NOT A CHANCE! I will now drive 30+ mins if need be. Extremely disappointed

I can only speak for the service department. The backup camera on my 2016 F350 stopped working so I scheduled an appointment. Truck was returned with same issue and a scratch on the tailgate. Service manager scheduled a repair. There was a small ding on the quarter panel that I ask for a quote to repair as well. I was quoted $795, then $350 and then $560 from the body shop. I was frustrated and decided not to have the repair to the quarter panel done. When I picked up the truck the spot on the quarter panel had been messed with and "touch up" paint applied. Service department didn't notice. When I brought it up the manager did offer to make the repair for free. Once that was accomplished the truck was returned, however the tailgate emblem broken and lose. I don't understand where the quality control comes in? Why is a vehicle returned in worse shape than it was delivered? Oh, and the camera parts came in twice and they never called. How do you lose a phone number TWICE?!

Absolutely awesome customer service! We were in the area passing through on our trip home when car troubles struck. Went by this location & they went above & beyond to help us get diagnosed, fixed, & back on the road safely! I am truly thankful for all involved, including the driver who took us to hotel & picked us back up the next day (with children in tow & luggage). I'm telling you everyone was 100%+ with their kindness & willingness to help. If I lived anywhere near this location I would absolutely be coming here for all my service needs (sadly we are 13+ hours from this location). They have restored my faith in the goodness of people with positive customer service & workmanship. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job!!!! Kudos to you all!!!!
